EVERYTHING IS REALLY PERFECT. We really enjoyed a wonderful vacation. Everything is BRAND NEW and SPOTLESS. Despite being an attic, the spaces were very livable. The furniture was really tasteful and modern. Powerful and silent air conditioning. The beds are comfortable. In addition, the gem of the ticket for the hospital parking that the owner sends on request. Parking 300 meters from the accommodation, which is centrally located and a 10-minute walk from the sea. The owner is very kind and attentive to every need. In short, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! 6-star vacation!!

The apartment is as described, with a modern bathroom and everything you need, even in the kitchen (breakfast for a couple of days was guaranteed) It is on the second floor and the stairs are slightly steep with narrow landings but for us it was not a problem (a little movement is good) We used the terrace in the evening to dine, even if you have to go up another flight of stairs to bring up what you need, but after the excellent fish-based lunches on the waterfront, the dinners were light. You don't get to enjoy the view, but you do get a fresh and pleasant breeze, at least during our stay Dino was full of advice, always diligent, and lent us his bicycles, which were very useful for getting around the long cycle paths in the area. We have reached Grottammare Alta and Marano (Cupra Alta), which are really beautiful. In the evening, leaving the house, you could reach the main street in two minutes, which was lively and had many bars We liked San Benedetto (even the oldest part), we hope to return

Very clean, well-kept and bright apartment. Central but quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from the station. The house offers all the necessary comforts and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely come back here for the next trip to San Benedetto del Tronto!

We stayed in San Benedetto for the weekend of Mother's Day. Upon our arrival, Luigi welcomed us, kind and helpful. The house is large and complete with all comforts and accessories. The area is well connected with various services. When we return to San Benedetto, we will already know who to turn to
