A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. What a gem! First of all Silvia and Enrico are super responsive. They gave us dozens of helpful messages and were proactive to organize truffle hunt or nicest dinners nearby. Without them it would be impossible to get such authentic and warm welcome from locals. But it is the ultimate atmosphere we got from Lo Smarrino. It's peaceful and private. Coming from Rome my anxiety level dropped from 8 to 0. Couldn't ask more. Thanks guys!

We had a wonderful weekend at Walter and Alessio's house on the occasion of Gubbio's Spartan. There were ten of us and the house exceeded expectations: large spaces, great attention to detail and really welcoming environments. The welcome was warm and genuine: upon our arrival we found a homemade donut that we really appreciated the next morning. Walter and Alessio were available and present. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for recharging after a busy day. Pool and parking for exclusive use were a great plus. A stay that we highly recommend and hope to repeat soon!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Paolo and Floras, it is such a paradise. A perfect spot to relax for a few days! Would definitely return
