My stay at Lucia's place was wonderful. The location is perfect: in the middle of the city center but in a very quiet side way - I slept very well:) Everything is within reach: the tramvia, several busses, supermarkets, shopping street, parque.. I don't think you can find any better. . The appartment itself is quite big, very personal and cozy, plenty of light - just good vibes. The bed was super comfy and there's a little terrace where you can chill out. In the warmer months, there's a fan if you need some cooling. The apartment has a lot of personallity, it truly feels like a home, which I very much appreciated. The wifi is fast and stable. There's a work place, as you can see in the photos. And you could also use the kitchen table and the table in the living. . Communication with Lucia went smooth, she's very hospitable and fast in repsonses. We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing and even provided a self-made guidebook with great tips on places to eat and visit, which we loved. The space was beautiful and felt like an authentic part of Tenerife. Highly recommend!

The place looked exactly like the pictures. The communication was excellent. The places is in the walkable distance from all the attractions. The tram from La Laguna to Santa Cruz is also within walkable distance. It was an amazing place.

A perfect stay! The apartment was as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and ideally located. The host was very responsive, welcoming and thoughtful throughout the stay. We had a great time and we'll be back with pleasure. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at the property, it was very central and had everything we needed for a weeks stay the only downfall was the car park, very tight and sometimes the neighbours would park their cars right by the exit of the garage making hard for us to get in and out! But we were warned about this factor. Other than that, we highly recommended !

Katharina is a great host who makes the stay nice with helpful tips about the area. Communicating with her was very easy. The apartment is rather minimalist, but has everything you need for a short stay. Above all, the great balcony and the view from the window of the city are worth the stay at Katharina's.

Perfect accommodation to escape everyday life. Totally slows you down. No TV, just a cute record player and the sound of the sea. Absolutely sufficient for 2 people. Parking and the sea right at your doorstep. Nice neighbors. We enjoyed it. Anika and Marco

We came as strangers and left as friends. Eva and Santi are extremely lovable people who took care of us in a touching way. The apartment is immaculate and offers all the amenities. The beautiful view from the terrace, the optimal location in Santa Cruz, everything is within walking distance or can be explored with the public transport that is accessible on short distances. We felt very comfortable, it was the best apartment we have had so far during our visits to Santa Cruz. We fondly remember our shared adobo dinner. I can recommend Eva and Santi's apartment without restriction.

Carmen is a great host! Her apartment is beautiful and served us perfectly for our stay in Santa Cruz. Carmen made us feel at home straight away and has been super helpful with recommendations for restaurants, places to see etc. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great Airbnb, no neighbors opposite, very quiet without noise. Supermarket within walking distance. We had the top apartment with jacuzzi, very nice. Small and a little dirty Jacuzzi, the water does not drain very well and takes 1 hour to fill. The apartment is clean and spacious, well-equipped, however we did not like the sheets that are full of pilling, they should be changed to new ones because it is very unpleasant to sleep in them. The interior apartment lacks decoration, it is very, very neutral, it is a bit of a shame, it lacks color. On the other hand, the outside is as in the photos, well maintained, very nice heated pool in the middle of the palm trees! We enjoyed it. Private indoor parking. Easy access by car It is quite far from the must-see places (35 min/1 hour minimum each way). I recommend it for a couple who wants a quiet and charming Airbnb. Julian and his father are very smiling and kind!

This charming little Airbnb is a true gem, tucked high in the hills in the quietest, most peaceful spot with breathtaking views. Immaculate from top to bottom, it had everything I needed for a relaxing escape. A bottle of red on arrival was such a thoughtful touch, and it was fully stocked with towels (including swimming ones) and plenty of loo roll. The bed was comfy and the bedding smelt divine – small details that really elevated the experience. I was lucky to enjoy peaceful days reading and enjoying the pool in total tranquillity – exactly what I needed after recently losing my wife to cancer. The hosts made it truly special. Eleazar and his dad Fernando are kind. When I had an issue with the air con, Fernando came over straight away, brought food when he realised I hadn’t shopped, and even took me shopping the next day. Eleazar was attentive, responsive, and clearly cares. Staff were kind and kept everything spotless. A soul-nourishing escape. Highly recommended!

A magical place and a holiday we’ll never forget. The finca felt like a true home, peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. We loved the beautiful sunset evenings and the heated pool was such a treat. The house was well-equipped, clean, and super comfortable. Our host was fantastic - always checked in to see if everything was okay, and anything we needed was sorted quickly. A perfect base for exploring the island. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay at Silvio's place. He was very helpful and always available. However, a car is indispensable for the apartment, as you can hardly get anywhere on foot. The view from the hot tub is great and everything is very quiet. We would recommend the apartment.

The apartment matches the description, the two teraces are huge and give you the privacy that you need while giving you a 360 view of the city. The apartment itself is equiped with everything you need and more ! We could not get over the location as it’s located in the city center but quiet enough for relaxation. Hugo is a amazing host!
