We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

The casita was perfect for one or two guests, intimate space but did the job. It was very clean, in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We took a walk one of the mornings to a nearby coffee shop which was very peaceful and enjoyable. The location is a short drive to downtown and the beach which was very convenient. I would stay here again.

Absolutely worth it. Beautiful place. Cozy with gorgeous gardens. Also a nice welcome touch of bowl of fruits, chocolates and plenty to drink. Loved it.

Lynae’s place was wonderful, as was Lynae! Balboa park right nearby, with gorgeous trails and scenery. Walkable to North Park area which had a fun variety of bars, shops, and restaurants. Lynae was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, flexible - and the home was bright, airy, with gorgeous views. We couldn’t say enough good things about the wall of jasmine walking in. Thank you Lynae for having us in your home!

We had a fabulous time at the Granny Flat! Everything was pristine and Kristen has thought of every amenity. She was kind and responsive. We loved the peaceful backyard with gorgeous views. The location is super convenient and a max of 25-30 mins to anywhere else in the SD area. Our pups had a great time, too! Would love to stay here again!

Excellent place. We loved the location relative to the sites we wanted to see. Free parking, laundry, very well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. We were very comfortable and happy here. And as a host Wendy was phenomenal. One of the most responsive hosts I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with on Airbnb. Thank you Wendy!!!

Desiree is such a sweet host! My husband, five month old, and I stayed in her Airbnb and we very much enjoyed our time. The place was well kept and clean. She had the guest house stocked with all the essentials which made it so nice and convenient. Anytime we had a question or request, she was quick to respond and resolve. The location is close to many great coffee shops, restaurants, and things to do. Glad we found this place and would definitely book it again in the future!!

Staying at Janet’s was truly a 5 star experience. Janet is a lovely host and the granny flat was cozy, cute, and very clean. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood not too far from all the tourist attractions of San Diego. I would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Charming, peaceful, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well appointed. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location. Close to everything you could possibly need, located in a delightful, quiet neighborhood. Lovely outdoor area with barbecue and our personal favorite was the balcony with fire pit which was perfect for relaxing with a drink after dinner. Pete was friendly, responsive and clearly pays great attention to detail as there were so many special touches. We had a wonderful stay made even better with the sweetest “greeter” Rudy the dog. I highly recommend staying here.

Jeanne and John's place was exactly as advertised in the description and photographs. The backyard and pool were beautiful unfortunately the weather and our schedule of events did not permit us time to indulge. If we ever needed a place in the area again we would definitely reserve another stay. We felt so welcomed and the extras were so thoughtful...like a balloon for my husband's birthday and a handwritten welcome letter. Thank you for the hospitality!

We've visited San Diego for years and enjoy this area of the city to visit family, get great mid-eastern food and visit Mount Helix. Mr. Helix has spectacular views from the Mexican Border to North County San Diego and this Da Hui Hut gave a front row seat since its located on it! The Hawaiian atmosphere made my wife feel like see was back home in Kona. This place offered exceptional value and we can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely the best! (And I'm a super-host too) Location, amenities, communication, just total thoughtfulness on Laurie's part made this the perfect San Diego getaway place for this retired active peaceful couple. If you have the privilege of staying here you'll feel like you came across magic.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stephanie's place! The space was spotless and made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic and the check-in process was incredibly easy. Stephanie was an outstanding host, always quick to respond to any questions. I especially loved the rain shower! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting San Diego and would definitely love to stay here again!

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful casita! As was mentioned in previous reviews, the views are much more impressive in person than what the pictures can show. This casita was very well equipped. Jolene and Dane were very responsive hosts. We will highly recommend this casita to our friends and family.

A fantastic location in North Park near Balboa Park with gorgeous views from the 2nd floor deck. It made for a gorgeous backdrop for graduation family photos! There are ample nearby restaurant choices for this safe and quiet neighborhood. Comes with a very comfortable bed, and a variety of pillows with an efficient kitchenette.. only wish the shower head streamed more water. Hosts were very gracious and responsive to our requests. I definitly plan to stay here again and have already recommended this awesome place to friends.

We stayed here for our Honeymoon Getaway, and I think this was just perfect for it! It had everything we needed as a young couple there to checkout the town. Nice fully stocked little kitchen perfect to prepare a few things in house, or have a refrigerator and microwave to save the leftovers after eating out. They even a few breakfast items and things stowed away in the pantry closet that we found very helpful. Everything was as described, and very comfortable and clean. We would stay again 🥰

Amazing cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a living room, decorated with exceptional sense of aesthetics. Its double doors opens to a great porch where you can enjoy wine and cheese at California evening, but you can also enjoy the clear sky during the day through the screen doors. It is so close to the downtown La Mesa with many great restaurants. Lynn was a great host and her freshly baked bread was so tasty as well. One of the best AirBNB I have experienced; highly recommended.

The place was exactly as described! Paid for a place with far less amenities for the exact same price range so definitely recommend this one!

We loved our stay. From the beginning, Jessica was very responsive and friendly. The place was exactly as pictured. Jessica put so much thought into the small details that many other places don't think about. There was a pack and play for my almost 2 year old, but what stood out was the memory foam mattress insert and she provided tiny linens, pillow, and blankets. I've stayed at other places where they literally only had the pack and play and that was it. We were told to bring our own linens. My daughter used the toddler cot which also had linens and blankets. My kids loved the playhouses outside. They swept the outside area of any leaves every day. Pretty genius of Jessica to provide kid brooms to help keep her place clean. Now if only I can convince them to clean when we're at home! We would definitely stay again or try the larger main house if we come back.

my daughter and I stayed at Susie and Britt's poolhouse for 6 nights when we were in the San Diego area for a wedding. At first we thought we would look for a beach rental but then heard that it can be foggy on the coast during May and June and going 5 miles inland can make a big difference with weather. we looked in Rancho Sante Fe because that we where the wedding venue was located and we really hit the jackpot! Everything is just as described- very relaxing times in the jacuzzi and by the fire pit in the evenings. The travel to the surrounding SanDiego sights was super easy. Highly recommend this rental!!!

The casita was beautiful. A perfect spot to be able to explore Carlsbad and also the San Clemente area. Joe greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the house. The unit was very private, with a fantastic view of the lagoon/harbor. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! James was super responsive and flexible with us. The rental was clean and comfortable. The location was great, in a peaceful area and walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Sam's garden guest house was a perfect stay for me & my 2 friends. We each had our own room with bath. The home is beautiful, the garden yard is gorgeous. We enjoyed the amenities and location was perfect for getting around San Diego.
