A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. This Airbnb has everything that you could possibly need and while it is a studio, it's actually roomy. There's a large, very comfortable king-size bed, but it doesn't feel like it takes up a lot of space. The couch is a pull-out bed as well, and it’s long enough to for somebody that's 5'6” or smaller to be able to sleep on it. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including ice cube trays and a light underneath the microwave. So, it feels homey. There's a bar that has five chairs facing the strandway where you can see the glimpses of the ocean. There are plenty of plugs for gadgets. There's a closet that has all kinds of linens. Anything you could possibly need from extra blankets to extra pillows, extra towels. In the kids' room, there are bunk beds that are large enough for an adult to sleep on the bottom (5’6” or shorter). The bathroom is has nice lighting and a window that opens up the street. The patio outside has plenty of space for two to three people to sit.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing weekend at Logan’s house! It was the ideal getaway for our annual Mother’s Day trip. The home was just as described and only steps from the beach. We adored the decor, especially the pink accents, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

We initially planned to stay in Leucadia for a week but decided to extend our stay for a full second week because we loved this place so much. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked to the Beacons beach to surf every day and had our pick of all the best restaurants on the 101 (highly recommend Birdseye Kitchen). The house itself is cozy and surprisingly private for a place on the 101. It helped to have laundry on site and Chris was responsive throughout our visit. The house isn't as well stocked as a lot of air bnbs (no wine glasses, coffee, ice cube trays, etc.) but you will probably want to eat out most of your stay anyway because there are so many great places within walking distance. We definitely plan to come back and highly recommend this charming little nook in Leucadia! Excellent cost for value.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Our family had a wonderful vacation to start the summer off! This location is remarkable - walkable to the beach, restaurants, etc. The home itself is wonderful as well - everything you want is there! This was our first time in Carlsbad and will definitely be back!

The place was very clean, easy to find, and in a great location. Host was always proactive and gave clear instructions for check in and check out.

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

the location of this property is magnificent, Just being able to hear the waves at night was soothing . Worth every dollar I say ! , Walking distance to the harbor and pier, assigned parking,The beach is very close , My family enjoyed Oceanside and the property, clean and spacious. Restaurants and shops throughout our walks on the beach , would highly recommend.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

View was spectacular! Loved the decor style! It’s an older unit but still well maintained. Loved the amenities and proximity to the beach and restaurants in Oceanside. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with spacious layout allowing for the bedrooms to be at opposite ends of the condo which gives couples or friends an opportunity for a little privacy if needed. The condo was very well stocked with all the supplies you would need from home. It's nice staying somewhere where you don't have to run out to the grocery store to get paper towels, trash bags, aluminum foil, etc. The bose soundlink speaker was a nice added touch because I forgot my jbl speaker. We had a great time and the location is perfect for long walks along the pacific beach boardwalk. More specifically on the location you are only 1 block from the start of the restaruants and bars but far enough away to still get a good nights sleep. I highly recommend this place.

Georgie’s airbnb is beautiful and in a great location in Ocean Beach. There’s plenty to do nearby and easy to walk to. We had some trouble sleeping due to noise from airplanes, but this has less to do with Georgie’s Airbnb specifically and more to do with the proximity to the airport.

This place was an absolute gem. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to walk everywhere made our stay so relaxing. It's the kind of spot where the beach feels like your backyard and adventure is always just around the corner. Falling asleep to the ocean breeze was pure magic. All in all, a fantastic escape — we’d recommend it in a heartbeat.

My buddy and I stayed here for a couple days and we enjoyed it. It is better suited for a couple as the bathroom is en-suite style and you have to pass through the bedroom to get to it. The second bed is a surprisingly comfortable futon. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed how close everything we were to the harbor, beaches, and restaurants.

Anthony's place was great! He and Amanda were super communicative and the place was easy to get into and was exactly as described. We had a great stay. If you are unfamiliar with the Carlsbad area, as we are, there are a couple of helpful things to know: - there is quite a bit of street noise as the home is directly on the street across from the Pacific. - the beach directly across the street from the house is at the bottom of a bluff - there are quite a few stairs to climb down in order to reach the beach/water. - there is no beach across the street at high tide - the water comes all the way up to the bluff - there are great beaches about a half mile either direction from the home that are easier to access. None of this would have changed our decision to stay, but would've been good to know if we were more familiar with the area. Overall great stay, at the home was very well laid out for my elderly Mother with all amenities on the first floor and not stairs to enter the home.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect—right on Mission Beach with beautiful views and just steps from the sand. The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with multiple balconies and a front deck that made relaxing easy and enjoyable. The hot tub was a great bonus—nice, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The garage was definitely a tight squeeze, but our car fit. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did have an issue with the fridge and freezer not cooling properly, but the host responded quickly and sent someone right away to repair, which we really appreciated.

What a beautiful gem with views of Marine Beach area from balcony. Ocean air and sound comes wafting through this zen like oasis from the hustle and bustle. Well appointed with all one could desire. We relaxed watching the ocean on the balcony. Television and Wi-Fi worked great. Comfortable furniture including a massage chair that works great. If you need to escape stress this is just the recipe.
