I had a great stay at this lovely place in Los Angeles! The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable bed — perfect after long days exploring the city. Wi-Fi was fast, and everything I needed was provided. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting LA. Thanks again for hosting me!

Amazing location for a first time visit to LA. So much to see and do on our doorstep and a beautiful apartment complex.

Great experience, felt very at home. It was really nice to have someone at the front desk to provide an envelope with a key and to know I was in the right place clearly. Walkable to grocery stores Yoga and of course the conference center and beach. I wanted to extend my stay, but the place was already booked!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the abundance of natural sunlight that pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The condo itself is stunning, with modern touches that clearly show the care and attention put into its recent renovation. The location is truly unbeatable—close to all the best spots in Santa Monica, including shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach. I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Santa Monica experience. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless from start to finish.

Was visiting from east coast to help my daughter move her things out of USC apt to storage for summer. The apartment was spacious, clean, well designed and had everything I needed and was about a 10-15 minute drive to USC. The building has a small gym and a pool and spa on the roof. It’s in the theater/fashion district of DTLA. The security at the front desk was so helpful. Parking is difficult in DTLA. I parked in an indoor public parking on 9th street bet S. Broadway and Spring/Main which was $15 for every 12 hours and exits through the building across the street. The host was very responsive to my many questions. The building has good security which is necessary in DTLA.

Eric and his wife Ana are so kind and welcoming. Their home is quaint, peaceful and very charming. Eric met me the day of check-in and helped me with my luggage. After a long day I can’t express how much that helped with words. The morning coffee was so lovely. Thank you so much, Eric and Ana

Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

I had a great time staying with Monica! I loved how close the beach was and that the place had a pool you could use, the place itself was absolutely spotless clean and had everything you needed, and her pets, Tutti the poodle and especially Peanut the cat were super cute and chill! I loved hanging out with Peanut during the day :) overall very relaxing stay!

Love this place. Dealing with Arturo and Abel is very easy, they are extremely communicative and are always really friendly. We stayed here a year ago and just based on our experience, decided to stay here again and weren't disappointed, as expected. It's in a great area, with lots of great food options in walking distance and just a fantastic view out of the balcony. Place is very clean, Arturo and Abel are very quick to respond with any questions and yeah, not sure what else there is to say... stay here!

We immediately felt at home upon entering the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We explored the surrounding area on foot and discovered great restaurants. Even Venice Beach was within walking distance. We loved the fact that we could completely open the bedroom and drink our morning coffee on the terrace. Nima is a very friendly, proactive host who immediately answered any questions we had. We would stay here again anytime.

Awesome spot! Stayed there with some work colleagues for a business trip. It was clean and organized. I picked this spot because of the cool amenities and it did not disappoint. We all really enjoyed playing ping pong, pool & also chilling in the jacuzzi and sauna. Everything was really clean. We will Definitely come back again soon! Topanga Canyon is a great location away from the busy city. The Canyon house is set in an amazing location, very serene with beautiful grounds and canyon views. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The interior is well done from the floorplan to the comfortable beds, and a great kitchen that included everything we needed. The host was fantastic. They were very responsive with communications and had local recommendations for Topanga Canyon and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great little guesthouse! I actually loved the loft bed, made the space feel so much larger than it physically is! Absolutely loved having an actual kitchen setup too for cooking! Not too far from the beach with multiple ways to get there, plus plenty of amenities at "home" when you don't want to go out

Her place was very nice and quiet and very clean. We loved it and the place is what you see in the pictures. My wife and I and our Husky loved it and definitely going back 👍🐶

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! Our stay at Megan’s home was truly wonderful. The house had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, both indoors and in the yard, which made us feel comfortable right away. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Megan was also kind enough to recommend one of her favorite local restaurants, which turned out to be an excellent choice. We greatly appreciate her hospitality—thank you!
