Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Very well located and easily accessible apartment in a very nice neighborhood and close to the highway and restaurants. Very good communication and clear and useful explanations. A great stay, I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this welcoming, bright, clean, and spacious condo! The beds were very comfortable with soft, clean linens. The bathrooms were spotless with lovely fixtures and excellent showers. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and everything was in good working order. The nice big televisions were very handy for screen mirroring from our phones to show each other our photos from the day! The AC worked wonderfully and was easy to adjust. I also really enjoyed the balcony. A few minor things which didn't diminish our experience but are perhaps worth noting: the property is not self check-in as stated, however communication was excellent so checking in was very easy, plus they were incredibly kind & flexible with our check-in time. Also, the location is much closer to East Hollywood than the area shown in the listing and the price does seem just a little high for a two bedroom in that area, but prices in LA may have just jumped up everywhere since the fires.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

Excellent host and this place is in a very good location with garage parking. We got very clear and detailed check in instructions with maps and everything. Also the host is very responsive with communication. The inside of house is very clean, beautiful, and professionally decorated. Highly recommended!

This location was closer than described for our filming location. The host was super friendly and very responsive. They handled request and the one situation we had with urgency. I love that the house was in a location that you could walk to just about anything you needed. Would stay again when in Santa Clarita.

The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable and at ease! The charming decor and abundant natural light created a cozy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to returning.

Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. I spent 3 nights at Melissa's place with my wife, my daughter and my 14 month old grandson. It was everything that we expected and more. The house was perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms were well laid out and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bathtub as well. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) We loved the neighborhood! It was so convenient for walking for everything we needed. There were quite a few choices for coffee shops in the morning and lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful take out dinner from Pine and Crane. Melissa was a great host and we would love to stay at her place again! -Peter

10/10 Bryant is an awesome host! Very friendly! Always punctual answering any questions I had. The check in and check out instructions were spot on! The house was perfect! We had everything we needed! The pool and pool table were a bonus! Will dedinitely stay here again!

Michael and Tracy were awesome hosts. They gave great instructions, checked on us periodically and went above and beyond in the home. We had a party of 6 and two of us forgot toothbrushes, to our surprise they had toothbrushes for guests. They had a variety of products in the bathrooms, extra towels, blankets and plenty of seating in the home. Home was cozy and nice on the eyes. The backyard was a dream, private and gorgeous with the most spectaculat foliage. Pool was a good size too. Beds were comfy, sheet we soft and pillows were just right. Plenty of everything you needed to have in the kitchen, a marvelous grill outdoors with plenty of seathing out there as well. I can’t highly recommend this unit enough. Thank you Michael and Tracy for sharing your wonderful home!

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Check in and check out were very simple, and having a private parking spot was amazing in this part of town, which is otherwise mostly street parking. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

It was such a beautiful apartment — I even found myself wishing we could live here! Having a grocery store right in front made shopping so convenient. The host was very flexible and accommodating, which made our family feel safe and comfortable during our stay.

Nic & Danielle's place is centrally located on West Sunset Boulevard, with secure parking. The flat has everything that a couple would need for a week or longer so for me on my own for six nights for a family wedding it was ideal. It had all the kit: a very comfortable king-sized bed, great bathroom with shower, basin, loo and bath The flat was fully functioning and well maintained throughout with washing machine & tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, four pan hob, coffee machine, mini and maxi hover, large closet for clothes storage, two desks and chairs, King Sized & Sofabeds, Netflix enabled TV, A/C, and a great wifi and a balcony with chairs, etc etc. Gym and poo. Nic was very responsive and replied, immediately, to my queries. Truly a first class service. The only small negatives are: it's pricey by European standards, right on Sunset Boulevard so noisy with loud cars, helicopters, occasional gunshots and lots of light and therefore not the easyest place to sta.
