Beachfront holiday rental in San Francesco del Deserto

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores points with a private parking space on the property — right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect an immaculately clean, tastefully decorated accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a jump away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We've all fallen in love with this place-the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive host who can always be reached. Thank you! We will be back for sure😊. A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

Monika was very kind and very helpful. The apartment's location is excellent: one minute from the beach and only three minutes from Piazza Mazzini. The apartment is comfortable and spacious.

Lorenzo's apartment was just perfect – clean, modern and very well equipped. That's exactly how we imagined it! The location is quiet yet close to the beach, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Lorenzo was a very friendly and helpful host who gave us a good feeling from the beginning. Everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back next time. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Jesolo!

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable at the place. Accommodation as described, nice size to spend holidays there with several people. Location directly on the water (from June, however, you cannot set up a beach tent directly there, but must take the bus to the public beach). If we had any questions, etc., Alessandro was immediately available and helped us. We had a great vacation at the Lido, thank you Alessandro!

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

Great location for us, 10 mins away from free beach and 10 mins to ferry. And the view, what can I say it’s spectacular!! Would definitely book again if staying on lido.

We were looking for accommodation near Venice and not far from the sea, and we found just the right thing with this neighborhood. It is quietly located, but you can easily drive to the wide and beautiful beach in 5 minutes, and to the vaporetto pier in 10 minutes. From there, you can reach Venice and Burano in half an hour. Several supermarkets are also just a few minutes away. The small holiday home is newly built, with good kitchen equipment and a covered terrace. The two sweet cats of the landlady visited us regularly and were very happy to be petted.

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!
