Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

L’alloggio completo di tutto il necessario, si affaccia sulla piscina e sulla vegetazione, ideale per un soggiorno in totale relax. Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

This Villa is located 20 minutes from Venice and is immersed in a true green oasis with 12000 meters of park, completely fenced, a large swimming pool 12 meters long and 6 meters wide, a lake with a small boat ideal for fishing. the Villa is furnished with the highest quality finishes and completely renovated. Outside there is a beautiful barbecue ,a spacious table, a full kitchen with a wood-burning oven and fireplace, the kitchen is equipped with a stovetop and a fridge .

Residencia Vecchia Favola is a beautiful country house a few kilometers from Venice and Treviso. House is located in a very quiet area 5 min. walk from the train station; the house is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a small lake and numerous flowers in the garden; there is a barbecue nearby which in the evening is possible to dine and spend time, in front of the house there is a terrace where you can sunbathe and in the evening relax with a cup of coffee
