Family-friendly holiday rentals in San Giovanni in Marignano

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Vi fant dette sent en kveld og det var heldigvis noen åpne plasser. Alessandro svarte oss veldig kjapt på henvendelser. Når vi kom ditt ble vi imponert, det så nøyaktig ut som bilder og var veldig vakkert. Det var veldig hyggelig og fredelig der. De som var der var meget gjestmilde og behjelpelig med alt av forespørsler. Det er noe avsted til ting rundt men det anbefales veldig om man vil koble av og slappe av. Jeg vil anbefale på det varmeste.

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

Das Anwesen und das Wohngebäude liegen in einer sehr ruhigen und entspannten Lage - perfekt zum Abschalten. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Der Kontakt mit Paolo war unkompliziert, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung!

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! We hebben een heel fijne familie vakantie gehad. Het huis is leuk, maar vooral de tuin is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is super. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Het contact met Fabio is erg fijn. Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en werden persoonlijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Gedurende de week meerdere keren contact gehad. Verliep heel fijn. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan en een leuke tijd te hebben met familie of vrienden!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom riesigen, eingezäunten Garten, in dem unser Hund rumspringen konnte – ein echtes Hundeparadies! Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hat uns sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten in den Kühlschrank gestellt – eine schöne Geste! Die Küchenausstattung war top, es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight waren auch die Hühner – frische Eier zum Frühstück direkt aus dem Garten, sobald sie welche gelegt haben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu unternehmen, und gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Villa a fine Aprile. Il posto è splendido, circondato dalla natura, silenzioso, con uno splendido giardino che circonda la casa.A circa un km ci sono panettiere, supermarket, macellaio, tutti i negozi che possono servire. Lorena è stata fantastica, ci hai aiutato in tutto, sia per trovare un ristorante per la Pasqua, sia come guida per i vari siti da visitare. La casa ha ogni confort, due zone living una al piano terra e una al primo piano, cucina abitabile con tavolo da 8. La casa è a circa un ora da Rimini per chi ama il mare. Per chi vuole visitare le città d arte a meno di 45 minuti ci sono: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Soggiorno stupendo, grazie ancora Lorena.

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento assolutamente di qualità in tutto, con quel qualcosa in più..... La grande cura dei particolari e le attenzioni dei proprietari hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente piacevole. Sarà un piacere poter tornare, grazie a Marco ed Eleonora.

We had a great stay in Sansepolcro, initially I was a little worried about parking as the listing says it comes with parking and then when Andrea shared where to park I worried this could be an issue. Although it's not parking at the property, it's outside the city walls it is also not so far to walk that it was a big issue and also was free. The rooms were as pictured including the fab views from the windows and roof terrace. As a location we found Sansepolcro to be a great start to our Italian tour with lots of fantastic places to eat & drink, sites to visit and friendly people. If you want to stay in the area and can manage the stairs it's a great place.

Wir haben uns gleich nach Ankunft wie zu Hause gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und auch unserer kleiner Hund hatte genug Platz. Die Balkone bieten einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer bzw. den Hafen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants rund um die Unterkunft und auf der anderen Seite des Hafens kann man toll an der Promenade entlang laufen und in Bars und Cafés einkehren. Auch hundefreundliche Strände und Menschen findet man genug. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Se potessi darei 6 stelle! Giovanna e suo marito sono stati molto accoglienti e super disponibili, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! L'alloggio è ancora più bello dal vivo che nelle foto, molto pulito, fornito di ogni cosa di cui si potesse necessitare. La zona circostante molto tranquilla immersa nel verde, di facile accesso a diversi sentieri, perfetta per chi ama stare in mezzo alla natura. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Eravamo un gruppo di 11 persone e abbiamo trovato lo spazio perfetto per il nostro soggiorno. La casa è situata in una posizione incantevole, con un panorama mozzafiato che ci ha lasciato senza parole. Ogni mattina ci siamo svegliati con una vista spettacolare, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con energia. La piscina è stata senza dubbio il punto culminante del nostro soggiorno: ben attrezzata e pulita, ci ha offerto momenti di relax e divertimento, permettendoci di rinfrescarci e godere del sole in totale tranquillità. Gli spazi interni erano accoglienti e ben organizzati, ideali per i nostri momenti di convivialità. Nonostante fossimo in un gruppo numeroso, ci siamo sentiti sempre a nostro agio. In sintesi, è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile e non vediamo l'ora di tornare in questo angolo di paradiso. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque desideri trascorrere un weekend all'insegna del relax e del divertimento!

Wat een heerlijke ontvangst. Maria en Gabriel zijn extra toffe mensen en zelfs Leila een lieve en aanhankelijke hond kwam ons al tegemoet als we aankwamen. Het panorama is adembenemend en zo rustig. De accomodatie heel netjes en al wat er nodig is. Een heerlijk, telkens vers gemaakt ontbijt elke morgen. Een 10 op alle gebied en wij gaan zeker nog terug.

Wir hatten ein schöne Woche in Debora’s Wohnung. Der Außenbereich mit Pool, Grill und überdachter Terrasse ist toll angelegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Dank der Klimaanlage war es auch in der Wohnung immer angenehm. Es war alles da was wir brauchten; die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und da der Parkplatz direkt davor ist, gab es auch kein langes Schleppen von Koffern und Einkäufen. Da es einen kleinen Schlüsselsafe am Tor gab, waren wir was An- und Abreise betrifft flexibel. Die Kommunikation mit Debora ging reibungslos und zügig. Sie war uns eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen können

Breve soggiorno in quel di Cesena nell'appartamento di Sara, lei è un' host molto cortese attenta e disponibile; all'arrivo abbiamo addirittura trovato una torta di benvenuto che abbiamo mangiato a colazione! molto buona 😋, l'appartamento è ampio comodo e pulito, e nei dintorni ci sono molti parcheggi disponibili, lo consiglio e se avrò possibilità ci tornerò volentieri

Sehr schönes Anwesen ! Wir hatten eins der 4 Appartements gebucht und hatten das grosse Glück, dass die anderen 3 Appartements nicht gebucht waren! So hatten wir das ganze Anwesen sowie das Schwimmbad für uns alleine was natürlich super war. Aber auch wenn das nicht der Fall gewesen wäre, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Appartement und Anwesen entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Margherita und ihre Schwester Chiara haben uns auch Restaurant Tipps gegeben! Margherita hat schon vor Anreise immer schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und dies hat während dem Aufenthalt auch nicht geändert. Chiara spricht auch französisch was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Eins der wenigen Unterkünfte in der Gegend von Cagli die unseren 3 Hunde akzeptieren, was für uns schon sehr toll ist! Vielen Dank nochmal Margherita und Chiara :)

Wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes, großzügiges Haus mit super netten Gastgebern! Die beiden sind einfach genial und super freundlich!! Der Pool ist top und man hat richtig viel Platz! Lediglich die vielen Stechmücken sind etwas lästig...

Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit DH Villas war reibungslos, der Check in super entspannt. Die Lage der Villa und der Ausblick vom Garten/ der Terrasse war wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
