Family-friendly holiday rentals in San Giovanni in Marignano

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Paradise 💎 Francesca‘s place is just perfect for a relaxed holiday under the Italien sun! Francesca is a very kind, generous and helpful hostess. She welcomed us into her home way before checkin time and showed us all around her place. She made sure that we felt welcome. During our stay she assisted us with any help we needed. Grazie mille cara Francesca! We spent a lot of time at the pool, enjoyed the gym and tree house and held our regular billiard tournaments. The accommodation is very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished -we didn’t miss a thing! We can recommend staying with Francesca wholeheartedly and cannot wait to come back! ♥️

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect to unwind. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge fenced garden where our dog could jump around – a real dog paradise! The hostess was very warm and even put a few small things in the fridge for us – a nice gesture! The kitchen equipment was great, it really had everything you need. A highlight was also the chickens – fresh eggs for breakfast directly from the garden once they have laid some. The view is fantastic, there is plenty to do in the area, and good restaurants are also not far away. We would definitely go back and can only recommend it.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything is perfect. Absolutely quality apartment in everything, with that extra something... The great attention to detail and the attention of the owners made our stay really pleasant. It will be a pleasure to be able to return, thanks to Marco and Eleonora.

Not only does Giovanna's accommodation satisfy for its excellent and particular location (right under a Romanesque bridge, a stone's throw from the square, restaurants and the river), but the welcome is something unique. No one in an Airbnb had ever made us find a homemade cake for breakfast (and with what skill from Giovanna's mother) and had taken so much to heart the well-being of our dog as well as ours. Mercatello sul Metauro is a small gem and this house completes the picture. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay in Riccione. It’s a beautiful town with friendly people, great shopping and fantastic Italian food (as always!) The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home-from-home. It’s a great location for walking to the beach or into the town for evenings at the local bars and restaurants. Leda is a wonderful host, very helpful, sharing local knowledge and helping us secure a transfer back to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again!

Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

We had a great stay in Sansepolcro, initially I was a little worried about parking as the listing says it comes with parking and then when Andrea shared where to park I worried this could be an issue. Although it's not parking at the property, it's outside the city walls it is also not so far to walk that it was a big issue and also was free. The rooms were as pictured including the fab views from the windows and roof terrace. As a location we found Sansepolcro to be a great start to our Italian tour with lots of fantastic places to eat & drink, sites to visit and friendly people. If you want to stay in the area and can manage the stairs it's a great place.

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! Our stay at Marco’s villa was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotlessly clean, and everything was well-prepared upon our arrival. Marco was always available, responsive, and very helpful—he made sure all our needs were met promptly and kindly. There were plenty of towels for the entire duration of our stay, the view was stunning, and the space was very generous—perfect for families. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the water was regularly filtered, making it both safe and enjoyable to use. We also loved the outdoor seating area, the sunshine throughout the day, and the fully equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back in the future!

What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila, a sweet and affectionate dog, came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and has everything you need. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely be back.

We had a lovely week in Debora's apartment. The outdoor area with pool, BBQ and covered terrace is well laid out and invites you to relax. Thanks to the air conditioning it was also always pleasant in the apartment. Everything we needed was there; the apartment is nicely furnished and since the parking is right in front of it, there was also no long hauling of suitcases and shopping. Since there was a small key safe at the gate, we were flexible about arrival and departure. Communication with Debora went smoothly and quickly. She was a very nice host to us and we can recommend it with a clear conscience

Short stay in that of Cesena in Sara's apartment, she is a very courteous host, attentive and helpful; upon arrival we even found a welcome cake that we ate for breakfast! Very good😋, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean, and in the surroundings there are many parking lots available, I recommend it and if I have a chance I will be happy to come back

Stayed a week in this beautiful castle. The building and the pool were perfect in hot Italy in August. Would have loved to know more about the history of the place too.

The host was very kind, helpful , helpful in everything we asked and what was difficult for us, for example, refueling vehicles without service :-) It is worth hosting with such a Host, thank you and kind regards :-)
