The house (65 square meters) is located in the southeast of Tenerife in Abades, i.e. on the sunnier side of the island. You are about a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. Here there is a supermarket, many small bars and restaurants, as well as two diving schools, playgrounds, tennis courts and much more. The sandy beach is surprisingly uncrowded and is great for swimming, snorkeling and diving. The house has 2 bedrooms, a large combined living-dining room and kitchen and a very nice and sunny terrace (56 square meters).

This gorgeous bungalow is located in peaceful area in Playa de las Americas. No loud bars near, still everything close by: 300 m walk to a beach, great fruteria next door, supermarket 100 m, the biggest shopping center in the area 800 m.
