From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

It is a very nice place away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful bathing bay. From the apartment you have a view of the sea. The apartment has everything you need, we were very satisfied.

Very nice stay. The accommodation is unbeatable. The views from the spectacular window. Very well located for touring the island. You have bars,restaurants, super close supermarkets. In the evening you only hear the sea. The parking impossible, but you have the option for little more private parking, which I recommend. It's one of the best homes I've been to. Eugenia is very friendly. It's at your disposal when you need it. Perfect accommodation and hostess.

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

The views from the apartment are spectacular: we woke up every day with the Atlantic in the front row and, at night, sleeping with the sound of the sea was tremendously relaxing. Although the morning weather was not always the best, waking up to the ocean more than made up for it. The description of the ad matches 100% with what we found and has everything you need to prepare something light; it also includes a practical beach pack, so you don't need to buy extras. The lack of mobile coverage helps to disconnect, and the fiber is powerful for "whasappearing". Thank you, Nazaret, for your attention and for a very simple check-in/check-out!

when we arrived the flat was pristine. there was a welcome basket of fruit and cookie's. there was also toothbrush and paste,shampoo, shaver dressing gowns, bottled water etc . the flat is right on sea and has amazing views. restaurants and small town are three minute walk as are beach and amazing lido. we had a wonderful stay for ten days.

Great apartment in a really excellent and yet quiet location. Downtown and beaches are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and bright. Sea sounds with the window open. Juan was extremely friendly and gave helpful tips for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. The option to rent an underground parking space from the host is also very helpful and recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ocean. Ivan, our host, played a big role in this. Always friendly, always available, always helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. We were 8 adults in the very large house. From the terrace and pool (better to heat it up) you have a fantastic sea view. The rooms are very nicely furnished, the two upper bedrooms have their own bathrooms and sea views. The two rooms on the ground floor are windowless except for skylights and have a shared bathroom, which was completely unproblematic. Inside and outside there is a large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. The grill and beer tap were used a lot by us. You can't hear anything from the nearby highway due to the location of the house. There is plenty to see, hike and enjoy in the area. We felt completely comfortable, will definitely come back and recommend the house AND the host!

Unbeatable apartment if you want to be in a quieter area of Tenerife and away from the crowded tourism, and also with a beautiful apartment, as seen in the photos. Also, Santiago was very kind throughout the stay. I had never received a welcome gift at any other Airbnb! A 10 for that kind of detail.

I had a fantastic stay in Tenerife! The apartment was just perfect — clean, stylish, and very comfortable with amazing view on the cliffs . It had everything I needed for a relaxing time, and the location was excellent — close to cafes, shops, and public transport, but still quiet and peaceful. Christian was very proactive in sending us instructions and good addresses. The views are very nice. The apartment is better than in the photos, the sofa has been changed 🙂 Very well equipped, washing machine and dishwasher with doses, very appreciable. Namely, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The surroundings are very quiet, but the soundproofing in the residence is quite light, you can easily hear the neighbors. I think we didn't have much luck, but the sky was still overcast with a lot of wind (early June), while driving 30 minutes, we found the sun and the heat. The city is quite small and not very lively, for people who want peace and quiet, it's very good, otherwise it's better to drive a little to visit the surroundings. 1h-1h20 from Teide hikes, 1h from Los Gigantes and Puerto de la Cruz, the location is good if you like to move 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Luis Eduardo’s property. Our expectations were exceeded with how homely the apartment felt, it was very clean, and located in a peaceful location. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the apartment was very comfortable. Lots of attention to detail, providing guests with necessary items to make you feel well looked after. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom, including ingredients for cooking and personal hygiene.
