Monthly Rentals in San Juan City

The unit is very nice and fits my need for my annual vacation particularly with the provided internet. Instructions from the owner is clear and very helpful. The condo as a whole is quiet and not so crowded which we love the most. It's very strategic in doing my errands both in Manila and Quezon City since the LRT is just few steps away. Doc Enri is a great host, always communicates and concern for our stay. I will definitely recommend his unit and the condo to my colleagues.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was super clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Sobrang accommodating ng host and very easy to communicate with—ang bilis mag-reply and really made sure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect, malapit sa restaurants and tourist spots. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend, and I will surely come back next time.
