Eine sehr gepflegte, saubere und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. Lidia hat an alles gedacht, um ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wegen der nahen Bahnstrecke stehen Ohrstöpsel (Ohropax) zur Verfügung. Die Streckenführung von Google Maps schickte uns ans falsche Ende der Straße, aber Lidia half umgehend mit Rat, wo genau wir hin müssen. Um nach Bologna zu gelangen nutzten wir den Bus, dessen Haltestelle nur 3 Min von der Wohnung entfernt liegt. Auch hier stellte Lidia ein umfassend vorbereitetes Paper zur Verfügung, damit man sich schneller zurecht findet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

Wir waren 2 Tage mit 2 Kindern zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und ist sehr schön wohnlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles was man braucht vorhanden wie z. B. Handtücher, Fön, Geschirrspülmaschine und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es gab eine persönliche Einweisung. Die Menschen in dem Haus waren alle sehr freundlich. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen der Aufenthalt war wunderbar.

Nicola’s apartment is clean, cosy and functional. Location is perfect, since there are many nice restaurants close by and the old town is just a short walk away. Communication with Nicola was pleasant and easy. Highly recommend.

We had a brilliant stay here. Barbara is an excellent host, really communicative and helpful with great tips about local restaurants - and she provided lots of information to make our arrival and check-in as easy as possible. The apartment itself is great - clean, cosy and characterful - and a nice distance from the main piazzas. It's close enough to walk to the centre but far enough away to feel like you can escape the crowds and unwind at the end of the day. There are also some lovely shops and restaurants around the corner from the apartment with Le Serre, in the park across the ring road, a particularly nice place for a relaxed afternoon. Finally, the little terrace at the back is a lovely feature and a great place to sit and chat.

Claudia’s apartment was exceptionally clean and everything was new and very well maintained. Really appreciated that all needs were considered and provided for and there was no clutter. Claudia and Aldo were very welcoming and helpful with local information, and great at communicating. We loved the area and exploring the origins of the famous Parmigiana, Parma ham , bolognaise and Balsamic vinegar, plus the great wines.

Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos et à l'annonce, très spacieux et propre. Cadre paisible et très agréable. Gianluca et sa famille sont des gens charmants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit einem schönen Bad und eleganter Kochzeile. Eine kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt so günstig, dass man sowohl zu Fuß die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gut erreichen, als auch zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung (z.B. Ravenna) mit dem Auto schnell gelangen kann. Wir haben uns bei Laura ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt; sie ist eine sehr sehr freundliche und umsichtige Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen für Stadterkundungen. Bester Eisladen der Stadt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Und das Highlight ist der Balkon, auf dem sich morgens ein Kaffee in der Sonne genießen lässt.

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

La casa è pulita e accogliente, come ha detto mia figlia "sembra di essere a casa", molto fornita, in centro, a noi non è mancato niente e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a posteggiare vicino all' ingresso, ma comunque nei dintorni i parcheggi non mancano. Paola è molto cortese e molto attenta all'ospite e la ringraziamo molto.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was wonderful. In the center of everything and walkable to everywhere. There are dozens of stores and restaurants surrounding it and we felt part of the city. The balcony was a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the sights and sounds of the street. Even during the hot summer, the balcony was cool and shaded later in the day, just in time for a glass of wine. The air conditioner cooled the apartment down well. Enrico was very quick to respond to us and answer our questions. He went out of his was to help us and we appreciated it!

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Orlando e sua moglie mi hanno accolto con un'ospitalità incredibile che mi ha fatto sentire a casa sin da subito! Sono stato benissimo e sono rimasto colpito dall'impegno e la cura di tutta la struttura con una piscina spettacolare per l'estate e una camera e un bagno impeccabili in termini di pulizia e ordine. Per non parlare dei cani super giocosi... 😁 Ritornerò sicuramente quando ricapiterò da quelle parti!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie war top! Die ganze Familie ist herzlich und freundlich – wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir auch ihren süßen Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist schnell in der nächstgrößeren Stadt, aber auch genauso schnell in den Bergen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und perfekt für Spaziergänge direkt hinter dem Haus. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Außerdem hat uns Anna-Maria ein paar nette Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura per due giorni, l’interno è molto suggestivo, molto spazioso e arredato con cura, le foto non gli rendono giustizia. Impeccabile la pulizia. Michele è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo
