Pier’s place is the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of any town / city. It’s a peaceful setting in the hills. Pier is also a very friendly host who is very welcoming, generous and has excellent local recommendations.

Nadia and her husband were very kind, polite and welcoming people. They were able to give us directions on where to eat. Super helpful and attentive to our needs. We found the property to be in good order, very clean and well equipped. Very large and spacious. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious... with everything you need for a vacation of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... A Magical Stay in the Heart of Italy From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. This charming Airbnb, nestled in the heart of Italy, felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that showed how much care had gone into every detail. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was our wonderful hostess Frederica. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Her hospitality made us feel like more than just guests more we felt like part of the family. We can’t recommend this place enough it’s a little slice of Italian paradise, and we can’t wait to return.

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

We loved Ruth's house. The perfect place to relax, enjoy the tranquility, nature and the pool. Although we had a car, Ruth told us how to get to Bologna by train and it was a success. We were also in Florence. Ruth has treated us as part of her family and has had numerous details, both with us and especially our 10-month-old baby. Thank you!!

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at Borgo Doccia 901 for two nights and the pool was wonderful. It’s fully furnished with chairs and umbrellas. . The apartment was nice, but with temperatures over 30C outside, the inside was pretty hot. I wish that they would have had a fan to help keep things a little cooler. The apartment was pretty dusty, maybe just been awhile since the last guest had stayed or just that the house was quite old. Fran only left our family of four one roll of TP and four towels (no washcloths or bidet towels) and a shower mat. I could have asked for more to be delivered, but we made due. If you are coming with kids, the bunkbed will work for smaller kids, but for two teens, it was a little small. The setting around Borgia Doccia is beautiful. Flowers everywhere and in June, three sweet cherry trees out front were in bloom, which tasted amazing! If mentioned by the host, we did cancel our last day at Natura 901 to leave early, to be better positioned for our next city visit.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Impeccable accommodation, very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is in an industrial area without charm but the location is convenient to make a stop because it is close to the main roads. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that has a good reputation. The place is quiet, perfect for resting before hitting the road again! We had some difficulties opening the key box, do not hesitate to call Gian Marco on video if, like us, you are not used to new technologies ;-)

This is a great apartment for a couple, with a lovely view from the balcony! It’s walkable to the very centre of Bologna and I would recommend it.

Paolo was so kind, accommodating, and sweet to us. We wish we could have stayed longer but we would definitely return to stay in Bologna with Paolo.

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Ana was undoubtedly the kindest host I have ever found, with uncommon helpfulness and kindness. She welcomed us at check-in by explaining some things about the house, and at check-out she was kind enough to let us out half an hour after normal time. At home she left us a sparkling wine for the new year, a mini panettone and some cookies in the fridge. Really a lot of stuff. One, if not the best BNB I've ever been to.

Alessandro was a very welcoming host who responded quickly and allowed us to enter the apartment earlier. Everything was clean, and he explained everything clearly. The location is truly amazing — it's nice and quiet, yet right in the city center.

San Lazzaro is amazing area little far away from city center but easy to go anywhere and near by the house you have big supermarket which was amazing you may find lots of local foods and products I love the city Bologna

We spent 3 days in Rome, 10 nights on a Celebrity Cruise of Italy, Montenegro & Croatia then 3 nights here, before flying home. Chiara's 1st floor rental is in a beautiful historic building, minutes from her garden flat listing. She popped around within minutes, when I could not figure out exactly how to get in. We took many of her recommendations for what to do & where to eat. She is a super star. Kind, helpful & pro-active. We were out early, back for siesta, out for dinner & back for early bed every night. The location is minutes from the Historic Centre & all of the sights but in a very peaceful residential area. .
