The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the National Archaeological Museum, the metro and Piazza Dante, 1 km from Cappella San Severo (Veiled Christ), Naples underground and San Gregorio Armeno, 500 meters from the ancient Starita pizzeria, 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the Central Station. Simply put, you'll be staying in the heart of downtown Naples.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active
