Great place to stay. A few minor problems during my 4 month stay and Laura responded in under an hour. Usually in under 5 minutes. She was excellent in every aspect. Had a great stay and will recommend it to anyone considering booking with Laura

The studio was clean and bright as depicted. The location is within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to anything you may require and especially the beach. The studio is at street level with it's advantages and for some disadvantages. The hosts were very plesent and attentive to any needs and requirements. My stay at Rosa Maria's studio was a great experience, l would recommend this studio for it's location and fun facture.

This place was a very lovely and charming place with an amazing location. The communication for any of my needs was prompt and accommodating, I could not have asked for better service! I would definitely revisit!

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

This place is so peaceful and beautiful. The bed was amazing, ac and fan kept us cool in this hot weather, bathroom was cute and had hot water, we felt very safe and walked home from visiting a friend. We would definitely stay here again.

It is an excellent place, I moved by motorcycle and car, so the distance seemed very good to me. It had space for the motorcycle and the place is spacious. I actually spend most of the day out, but it was quiet enough to get to sleep as it was a quiet place, you didn't listen to music like it happened to me when I stay closest to the pier. Same there are shops and nearby taquerías to go walking. The price was one of the best and the place was very comfortable to rest.

The VIP experience and access to club member pricing was an AMAZING deal!!! The jungle literally meets the Ocean at Sandos Caracol. It is the only all inclusive resort in the area that has both Mayan ruins and a natural Xenote (spring fed pool) on the property. We saw Monkeys, Coati, Agouti, Turtles, Yucatan Jay Birds, Curassow, Yucatan Parrot, and many different Iguana and Lizards roaming about the property. At one point during our visit a spider monkey walked up to us and sat next to us for a few seconds. I have pictures and videos of it, it was one of the highlights of our trip for our 9 year old. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are incredible (water park slides were a hit). The drinks of all kinds are a 10/10. 7/10 at the buffets and 8.5/10 at the restaurants. If all you want to do is lay by the beach and drink umbrella drinks there are other resorts. If you love nature, suspension bridges, natural springs, and learning of cultural history this is the resort to go to.

The hotel was beautiful. Everything is brand new. We had the. King room with a beautiful ocean view. We just had a few days to dive and needed to leave out early every day. The staff shared their coffee with us which we really appreciated as we were leaving before breakfast and coffee were served. We absolutely recommend this hotel. Excellent staff, extremely clean, and close to everything downtown.

The nicest place on the Main Street of downtown. Beautiful facilities, great views and all brand new. Very well designed and thought out. A must if you’re visiting Cozumel

Doria was a fantastic host!! we booked our holiday in Playa del Carmen through her Royal Elite (RE) membership and was able to use all the benefits of the all inclusive property as if we were owners!! I highly recommend booking through a member instead of the hotel or Expedia since now you receive extra benefits and kids under 12 are free!! With Doria, you pay for the room to her on Airbnb and then proceed to pay the all inclusive fees to the hotel once Doria passes on your information to them. We would definitely take the kids back to this resort, there is so much for them to see and do. There was never a dull moment in the entire week. Loved it!!! Go for it

Our room was on the third floor and was a large room and bathroom with access to the upper deck. The shared kitchen, living area and pool area were easily accessible and very well kept. The scooter we rented was in very good shape, and Dom offered us diving and catamaran services, but we had already made plans with friends. We met several people from other countries while staying there and it was nice to fellowship with them. But also nice and quiet to have our own private room. I would highly recommend this place for a group or large family gathering, as there are several rooms, and adequate space for socializing.

Kateryna was very responsive in organizing the booking at Sandos Resort. She was quick to explore several scenarios with us and get pricing quotes. Her quotes were honest and transparent and we got exactly what she said we would get. It is very beneficial to get the Royal Elite status at the Sandos resorts as you get preferential treatment and access to designated restaurants, pools and beach areas.

We had a situation when we arrived, since we arrived several hours before check-in, very tired we saw the possibility of having a room before.. quickly they were able to resolve us to give us a room. They were always resolutivos y cooperativas to help the guest. The place is very clean, the amazing bathroom, and the atmosphere of the outside quite natural and quiet.

Adam was a wonderful host. He made the entire experience with transportation and check in/out seamless! He was always responsive and was very thorough with answering any questions we had throughout the process. 100% booking with Adam! We stayed at the Reef Coco Beach and it was amazing. The location was PERFECT right of 5th street in Playa Del Carmen, so it was easy to stroll around the city. The amenities on the resort were fantastic - we especially liked the private beach and the VIP amenities! The food was excellent! The bartenders and staff were amazing and made us all feel like family. ❤️ We will definitely be staying here again!

Ana was very friendly, very attentive, it is a very quiet place. Spend only one night but it is nice and the lobby is nice.

It's a good place

Raquel's place felt like home during my stay! Raquel was a delightful host, and I would love to stay again when/if I return to Playa. The front patio with all the the beautiful plants was a highlight of the place. Great location for biking or walking to town/beach.

Rent Maca house as a long stay to be able to work and in your free time walk. I found it very comfortable, very clean, and a pretty good location... it's close to 5th Avenue, there's a supermarket in front of Casa Maca, and a laundry two blocks away. The Internet worked very well, except that some days there were micro outages, but nothing more. My experience was positive from before I rented it until the moment I left. I liked it a lot 💫
