Great place to stay. A few minor problems during my 4 month stay and Laura responded in under an hour. Usually in under 5 minutes. She was excellent in every aspect. Had a great stay and will recommend it to anyone considering booking with Laura

The studio was clean and bright as depicted. The location is within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to anything you may require and especially the beach. The studio is at street level with it's advantages and for some disadvantages. The hosts were very plesent and attentive to any needs and requirements. My stay at Rosa Maria's studio was a great experience, l would recommend this studio for it's location and fun facture.

This place was a very lovely and charming place with an amazing location. The communication for any of my needs was prompt and accommodating, I could not have asked for better service! I would definitely revisit!

Our stay was really nice, the bungalow is super charming and the swimming pool really nice! We had a really good time. And Simona really helped us arrange everything we needed so it was super amazing.

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

This place is so peaceful and beautiful. The bed was amazing, ac and fan kept us cool in this hot weather, bathroom was cute and had hot water, we felt very safe and walked home from visiting a friend. We would definitely stay here again.

The VIP experience and access to club member pricing was an AMAZING deal!!! The jungle literally meets the Ocean at Sandos Caracol. It is the only all inclusive resort in the area that has both Mayan ruins and a natural Xenote (spring fed pool) on the property. We saw Monkeys, Coati, Agouti, Turtles, Yucatan Jay Birds, Curassow, Yucatan Parrot, and many different Iguana and Lizards roaming about the property. At one point during our visit a spider monkey walked up to us and sat next to us for a few seconds. I have pictures and videos of it, it was one of the highlights of our trip for our 9 year old. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are incredible (water park slides were a hit). The drinks of all kinds are a 10/10. 7/10 at the buffets and 8.5/10 at the restaurants. If all you want to do is lay by the beach and drink umbrella drinks there are other resorts. If you love nature, suspension bridges, natural springs, and learning of cultural history this is the resort to go to.

The nicest place on the Main Street of downtown. Beautiful facilities, great views and all brand new. Very well designed and thought out. A must if you’re visiting Cozumel

Doria was a fantastic host!! we booked our holiday in Playa del Carmen through her Royal Elite (RE) membership and was able to use all the benefits of the all inclusive property as if we were owners!! I highly recommend booking through a member instead of the hotel or Expedia since now you receive extra benefits and kids under 12 are free!! With Doria, you pay for the room to her on Airbnb and then proceed to pay the all inclusive fees to the hotel once Doria passes on your information to them. We would definitely take the kids back to this resort, there is so much for them to see and do. There was never a dull moment in the entire week. Loved it!!! Go for it

I don’t know even where to begin, but I know if you are looking to stay in Mexico, and you are interested in all inclusive and Adam is your man! I had the most unbelievably wonderful time staying at the Reef 28. The hospitality was just out of this world. The environment was beautiful. Adam made everything just unrealistically easy. We had the benefit of using the diamond membership which allowed us to hop to each of the Sister facilities. Drink top shelf liquor access the spa I mean you name it the rooftop pool is absolutely phenomenal. Great view the staff there is just unbelievably welcoming and attentive. Adam answered questions and guided me literally to the front door. I can’t say enough about this host. This was just the most wonderful time. My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and not only will be back we will be rebooking with Adam.. you absolutely can’t beat the value of this type of vacation for the money.

Our room was on the third floor and was a large room and bathroom with access to the upper deck. The shared kitchen, living area and pool area were easily accessible and very well kept. The scooter we rented was in very good shape, and Dom offered us diving and catamaran services, but we had already made plans with friends. We met several people from other countries while staying there and it was nice to fellowship with them. But also nice and quiet to have our own private room. I would highly recommend this place for a group or large family gathering, as there are several rooms, and adequate space for socializing.

Catherine was a great host. Everything was as expected. Comfy bed and linens. As other guests indicated, the street traffic was a little noisy but did not bother us. The price was very reasonable… great value. We would highly recommend Catherine’s place. If you are sensitive to traffic noise this is not the place for you. We found our stay very comfortable and we would stay here again. Catherine is a lovely lady.

Très bel hôtel très bien situé sur la Quinta Avenida, nous avons tout fait à pied car nous étions proches de tout donc nous n’avons jamais eu besoin d’avoir recours au moindre transport. Le rooftop était très appréciable avec sa piscine à débordement, ses transats et sa vue sur la jungle et la mer. Cependant, attention si vous avez le sommeil léger car Playa del Carmen est animé quasiment 24h/24 (ce qui moi ne m’a jamais dérangé, au contraire car j’ai adoré l’ambiance de la ville qui est très typique mexicaine). Très bon rapport qualité prix également, nous reviendrons si nous séjournons à nouveau sur Playa del Carmen !

This Airbnb is so clean and close to the beach The price is 🤩 amazing Easy access to Walmart by foot and to all the local shops … their team was friendly and welcoming … we felt right at home.. we will definitely consider staying here again if we decide to come back to playa del Carmen again….

Logement fidèle aux photos La chambre est grande avec un bureau et une salle de bain attenante privée avec toilettes - Il y a de l’eau chaude La chambre donne sur une rue donc il y clairement du bruit constamment (ville) Le quartier est excentré (50 min de marche de la station ADO touristica jusqu’à l’appartement par la 5e avenue) et le quartier est typique local donc peut paraître « ghetto » - ça n’est pas du tout le quartier à choisir pour sortir mais plutôt pour s’immerger dans la réalité Petit supermarché et excellent tacos juste en face Et la plage à proximité est belle et peu touristique mis à part le gros hôtel à proximité Raquel est disponible si on a des questions et nous laisse en tranquillité si c’est ce que l’on souhaite Il y a aussi le chat 🐈 (qui parle donc être habitué aux miaulements) et des plantes On monte par une maison commune et le chien d’une voisine m’a un peu traumatisée en en m’aboyant dessus Beaucoup de chiens errants aussi dans le quartier

La experiencia fue maravillosa e inolvidable! Al principio no me daba confianza hacer la reserva de un hotel All Inclusive a través de Airbnb!!! y fui muy tímidamente preguntándole a Kateryna. Ella muy cordialmente fue evacuando mis dudas y explicándome todo el procedimiento. Su rápida respuesta siempre y en todo momento fue lo que me dio la confianza para vivir esta experiencia Royal Elite en el Hotel Sandos Playacar y la verdad no puedo describir con palabras lo que fue! Realmente espectacular! todo tal cual nos dijo ella, el brazalete negro realmente hace la diferencia, tanto en el Check in como en todas las amenidades exclusivas que te brinda el hotel. La recomiendo totalmente y sin dudas volvería nuevamente!
