Beautiful location, with incredible decoration, excellent bedding, ideally located for visiting Peschici and the Tremiti Islands. In addition, Flutura's welcome is exceptionally kind. We would highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment with a large and absolutely fantastic roof terrace with tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasol. The apartment is very clean, well maintained and inviting, the kitchen is fully equipped. Fantastic fast and accommodating communication with Tiziana. Tiziana's father welcomed us, he was very helpful and accommodating. He was ready to help with big and small things, if we needed it. He lives in the apartment downstairs. Tirziana was available, helpful and always positive. She responded very quickly when we contacted her. Tirziana was a pleasure to communicate with. The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet area. Shopping opportunities just below the apartment. There is a 10-minute walk to the old part of the city. The city has plenty of varied eateries in different price levels, cozy cafes and bars. Nice life in the streets in the evening in a quiet and comfortable way. Lots of local grocery stores within 10 minutes walking distance. The beach, beautiful, can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes.

House very well located in relation to the sea: 2 different beaches accessible (equipped with umbrellas ) in a few minutes . Location in pine trees and multiple trees that are a little cool. The air conditioning and fans keep the house not too hot. Small supermarket within walking distance. A very good restaurant (in a "trabucco") next door. The village Peschici ( now a seaside resort) is a few minutes drive away (very busy in August). Pointe St Nicolas where the house is located is occupied by various holiday residences. The one where the house is located is quiet but we regretted the noisy daily entertainment on the evening of the residence next door in August.

This place is a hidden gem. The stairs that lead down to the beach and the beach spectacular.!!! The house super clean, super comfortable, not cluttery, felt like home. Flo is a great host. She had fruits and eggs and waters provided for us in the kitchen. I didn’t want to leave the home, and the views are wonderful. This place was a balm to my soul. Very peaceful and relaxing. Five star super host and the town and the people especially in the historic town are wonderful. Thank you Flo for all your details and your kindness. My family will never forget it :-)
