We had a wonderful stay in Mr. Giancarlo's apartment, a real corner of paradise immersed in the rolling Teramo hills. From our arrival we were greeted with great cordiality and availability, and we immediately felt at home. The real protagonist of this experience was undoubtedly the absolute peace that you can breathe in this place: the silence is interrupted only by the sounds of nature, and every morning we woke up with the singing of the birds and a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It is the perfect place for those looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the city. The apartment is well cared for in every detail, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also ideal for exploring the surroundings, among characteristic villages, nature trails and proximity to the Adriatic Sea. We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!

My stay with Domenico was a wonderful experience. I was immediately impressed by the quiet area and the friendly residents. Even before I arrived, Domenico contacted us and was always helpful. He was particularly accommodating with check-in and out – I was able to check in early and take full advantage of the day. His tips on the surrounding area were also helpful. The apartment and the access are fantastically beautiful, with a loving furnishings. Everything was sparkling clean, the linens freshly washed, and there were amenities like air conditioning, coffee, snacks and chilled water. The views were stunning, and the area is very family and tourist friendly. I was greeted in a friendly way everywhere. Free parking nearby is also a plus. I fully recommend Domenico's place. The arrival offers magnificent views of the mountain and an authentic impression of Italian culture.

This apartment is situated right in the historic centre of Teramo - so everything is around the corner. Quiet street, car parking available and the apartment was clean and very organised. Corrado is very friendly and accurate with his communication. A nice host, and I do recommend this place.
