Warm service, homeowner was attentive and courteous in answering any questions.Quiet and sanitary environment is suitable for my long vacation.There are plenty of fairs around to experience local specialties.The residents are also nice and nice.It is a great choice to relax.

Bob was an amazing host! He built his lil resort from scratch and that place was absolutely beautiful. I had great conversations with him and he was soooo nice to me and my family. 10000% recommended!! Will visit again soon

This property is amazing. A little far from the main city, but you get a quieter and more chill environment, away from the traffic jams and the city rush, it’s a really nice property. Loved it. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely be visiting again.

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

Tai was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout our interaction. Although we had to cancel the booking by mutual agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, she was incredibly supportive and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The property itself was exactly as described. I truly appreciated her attitude and would recommend her to others without hesitation.

We had a wonderful week long stay at the property while in the area doing some local aid work, the room and bathroom is very spacious and comfortable, we were provided daily water bottles which was a great touch and always welcomed. The wifi was sufficient but speed and strength depending on which cabin you are in will vary, the host did move the wifi booster closer to the cabins during our stay which helped improve this thank fully. The location was within suitable walking distance to a 7Eleven and town, unfortunately and not at the fault of the host the local bars and street are very noisy up to midnight every single night so do pack your earplugs if you are a light sleeper Over all we had a great experience and would definitely stay again

It's a clean, spacious room and comfortable place to stay. Good for people with cars or motorbikes. Phimon is very kind and makes sure you have everything you need.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Great place to stay. Incredible sky river pool to enjoy the views of Chiang Mai. Close to the night markets and shops. Lovely apartment with everything you need.

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

I love this condo complex. While I have stayed here before, it was my first time staying at Ing's and it didn't disappoint. She was very communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous with an amazing view, the amenities are top notch and convenient. Also close to the night market and 7-elevens in both directions with a short walking distance. Exceeded my expectations and well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again! I hope she will have me in the future! 5 stars across the board!

It’s a really nice, clean and modern place! Getting in was super easy and I appreciated the small things such as plenty of towels presented in a beautiful day, as well as the bottles of water and coffee. The pool and gym was also very nice, and there was a private cafe in the entrance of the condo. A great alternative for anyone who needs to stay close to the Shangri-la for a fraction of the price!
