Conegliano is at the centre of the Prosecco wine-region (tastings available) and 45 minutes from Venice by train.

The "Studio" is one of the 3 apartments of the villa with private pool of 15x6 m. reserved for guests, very welcome during the day and also in the evening if you want to dine by the illuminated pool. We are in a wonderful position about 800 meters from the center of Conegliano (50 km from Venice) on the road that leads to the hills of Prosecco Unesco heritage with bus stop and supermarket in front of the house. Very close shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, riding stable, tennis, padel, gym.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.
