Erika was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The accommodation was very clean, spacious with all the amenities. It is well located, a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that takes us directly to Venice and 15 minutes from Mestre train station. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors with a large gallery and patio area. The area was quiet with a very good restaurant and bakery nearby as well as a grocery store 10 minutes' walk away. We were greeted by Carmen, a very friendly lady who was able to give us all the necessary information and instructions for accessibility to the accommodation. I recommend this place and I would not hesitate to go back.

This property has everything. The canal views are spectacular. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Close enough to St. Lucia to walk. Also close to both the tourists hot spots and local areas. Host was amazing. We highly recommend!

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

We love the way this place is decorated. My children said they felt like they were staying in a royal palace. And to top it all off, we arrived to find a surprise basket of all kinds of goodies and even food in the fridge because they knew we were getting in late after the stores had closed. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts.

Very nice. Experience to repeat, beautiful house, in the countryside, clean, quiet. Comfortable for both Padua and the Euganean Hills. Great for families with kids. Loreta is very kind, like being at home. Top horse riding.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

we had an amazing month in vanoi valley. the hosts we're super nice and helpful. it's near many beautiful mountain passes and hikes. highly recommend for couples with a baby too.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms are huge, with private bathrooms and kitchens. You can park your car outside, and there's a play area for the little ones. We also had a crib, high chair, and toys for our little one. Lino made us feel at home, leaving us breakfast for the next day with fresh eggs and a delicious cake. Our son really enjoyed his dogs. This place is in a great location, on a canal, very walkable to everything. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. It started to feel like home away from home. Maddalena was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay! Sabine was an excellent host—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The house is beautiful, with a peaceful water stream, Dolomite views and cozy seating areas on every balcony. We also loved spending time with the adorable cat and the friendly dog. A truly charming place in Nova Ponente!

Stefano was amazing! I booked my three generation trip to Italy a year in advance and Stefano was there every step of the way. Always responsive and helpful! He set up a water taxi pick up for us when we arrived and left. He also set up a private one hour tour when we arrived with the water taxi. Great suggestions on where to eat and sites to see. Loved how his home was right by its own piazza and it was wonderful to be submersed in the local community. It was nice being here and we could walk to San Marco square, Rialto Bridge. It was nice to be outside the crowds of Venice after a fun filled day. Beautiful location and home. I would come back again and recommend to family and friends. We felt right at home. We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

I have nothing but positive things to say about the stay at Fabienne's. Friendly host, very attentive to us, helps us by sometimes dropping us off at the bus stop, the property is spotless and beautiful... I recommend it 100% and I will come back You won't be disappointed!

a very nice house, Gina with her family - nice, available and very helpful. The rooms are very large, beautifully decorated. Each room has its own bathroom and very spacious toilet. The garden is beautiful, large, as well as a beautiful pool. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The place is very quiet 20 minutes from Venice, lots of restaurants and shopping centers are very close, including a large outlet. Thanks to Gina and her family we had a wonderful time in her house.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and peaceful house surrounded by nature. It’s private, well-kept, dog friendly and the pool was a great bonus. The host was super friendly, responsive, and gave us excellent local recommendations. We’d love to come back!

Wonderful stay at the riverside suite. Our bus was delayed , yet the host was kind enough to wait up late for us and show us around past check in time. It was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, over our 9 days travelling throughout Italy. The pool is about a 20 minute walk away, but has plenty of loungers and is very clean.

Wonderfull appartment offered by Phil and Sylvie. They have great instructions/advice and are really flexible/relaxed. You will share the property with other guests in the other appartments though, so if that’s not your thing keep this in mind. We shared it with really relaxed families as well, so absolutely a great experience. The area offers a mix of must visit small towns and larger cities (Vicenza/Padua +-30 minutes and Venice +-45 minutes) with everything you neer for a great holiday! 5 stars for sure.

We were very pleased. The location is very quiet and there is a beautiful, large lawn. During our stay it was extremely hot and the sufficiently large pool made this bearable. The area is very nice and the owners gave us tips for excursions. Unfortunately, it was so hot that we couldn't do much of it. Only the internet was very unstable. For the parents less of a problem than for the children ....

One of our favourite places we have ever stayed! The villa was so perfect and Laura was such a wonderful host! Would book again in a heartbeat x
