Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in San Sai District

I had a seamless weeks stay. Charles picked me up from the airport and dropped me off back to the airport at the end of my stay. Now that is service! Charles is a walking encyclopedia of Chiang Mai, and his knowledge of the best tours and places to eat were invaluable to someone unfamiliar with the place. He really has a passion for ensuring you have the best stay possible with his advice and recommendations. You get the sense he really wants you to have great experiences and to make long lasting memories of Chiang Mai. The apartment is a nice sprawling accommodation with a huge kitchen / dining with 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, shower and toilet which gives a nice opulent feel to the place. The cleanliness was well above standard and everything is in perfect working order. I would definitely stay again.

Great location in Nimman, close to everything yet just away from the main street. The apartment itself was really nice. Comfortable bed, nice building, I would stay here again! The pool is nice but not much sunshine available due to the building blocking it. The host was amazing, very accommodating!

It was a 3-minute walk to Mayamall, and it was very convenient in terms of location. The accommodation was small overall, but it was just the right size to stay alone. I was also satisfied with the communication with the host. The response was quick and they kindly guided me on the necessary parts, so I was able to stay comfortably. If there was one thing that was unfortunate, it was that the airport was close, as is the case with most accommodations in Nimunhae, so the noise of the planes was a little annoying at night. If you're sensitive, I think it's a good idea to take note. Still, overall, the location, cleanliness, and communication were all satisfactory.

It's nice to rest with the pool~ It was nice to be able to walk to the Central Festival. It was nice to have a table tennis and a pool table. ^^ I didn't change the water filter once in 5 days! There were two bathrooms, so it was good for a family of four. I recommend the nearby night market (Mon, Tue only) and the local market, Luamchok Mall (within 10 minutes by taxi). You can also buy fruit cheaply ^^ (There are 3 malls: Lotus Mall, Top Mall, and Limping Mall, and there is also a Korean restaurant~!) It's a place where you have to take a taxi anywhere, so I think it would be nice to rent if you stay for a long time.

An absolutely amazing stay at Ming's apartment. Perfect in every way. Ming was very responsive in all communication and gave clear an easy instructions for check in. The pool and amenities within the condo were fantastic and the kids spent hours in the pool. Making many friends! The apartment complex is walkable to Central Festival mall with great restaurants, shops and a supermarket. It is easy to get a taxi into the old town and other places you may wish to visit. We will definitely return for another visit and would highly recommend. Thank you.

We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. The cleaning included is such a bonus. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, stay here! :)

Great apartment in Nimman. We had the best stay at Chonlana's studio apartment. Great space with everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! Great shower too! Safe area with pool and gym. Walking distance to the hub of Nimman. Nimman district is a fab area full of life, colour, crafts, fashion and cafes. Chonlana was awesome to communicate with. So easy and efficient. Even the security guard greeted you with a big smile every day. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Chiang Mai! Excellent value!

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. I especially appreciated the high level of security and the overall maintenance of the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Our water heater broke on the first week and they came within a few hours to fix it. There were some issues with the stove and they bought a new one for us, also within hours. Place is very well located. Local mall is just across the street with everything you need. Neighborhood feels very safe and there are security guards around at all times. Lots of nice touches – they gave us 2 boxes of water when we checked in + some snacks. On one of our birthdays, they dropped some local snacks off at the door for us to try. It was a pleasant surprise. Stayed here for 3 weeks and it was a great experience. Definitely recommend this place.

A good place for vacation especially for family…

The house is lovely, comfortable, has everything you need. Sriploy and her sons have thought about everything, and they're ever responsive to any requests. They've invested in their guests feeling like home, and that's exactly how it feels to be there. We spent an entire month at the location, it's private, away from the city and crowds, so if you're looking to disconnect from the world, this is the perfect location. Highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to explore the mountains, hot springs and beautiful farm lands spread across the area. There are plenty of local restaurants around if that's your thing, if you prefer to cook hey have a shared kitchen with everything one might need. Banana trees, mangoes, longan fruits aplenty, the little pond with fish flopping in and out, a myraid of birds flying across the fields, we loved everything about Siri's place. There's still burning outside their property that can be a bother but not the host's fault. Otherwise perfect location.

Chiang Mai has been traveling for ten days and chose to stay here for the last two nights of the trip.Our group of 10 people spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve at this wonderful villa, and they were surprised to see the spring evening.The whole villa is sunny, clean, well planned, well planned, fully equipped with everything you need.Four of our families chatted during the day, drinking tea, painting, sketching, and cooking food.
