The landlord was exceptionally amicable and prompt in their responses. The house exuded a serene ambiance, matching the photos perfectly. Within a leisurely 10-minute stroll, one can find two esteemed Michelin-starred restaurants, offering great convenience. Should the opportunity arise, I am certainly eager to return!

Very beautiful place with two big Kayaks. It's so easy to get the convenient store just cross the steet. The rooms were clean and fully furnished. We had really great time at this place and will come back again for sure.

Great place to relax with big family

這間民宿真的非常棒！主人親切友善，地點非常優越，位於尼曼市中心既方便又安靜。房屋狀況極佳，環境優美，還有專屬的花園可供休憩。無法用更好的形容詞來形容，這絕對是來清邁旅遊時必住的好地方！

Truly one of the most beautiful and heartwarming places I’ve stayed. The atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and full of thoughtful details. The host was so kind and friendly. it felt more like being warmly welcomed into someone’s home than just staying at a house. Every corner was picture-perfect, and the rooftop area was just magical. Can’t wait to come back again.🤍

Stayed with my family for a week and felt like a home. The hosts tooks great care of us and made us breakfast every morning and took care of laundry and more! We loved the pool and feel of the place. Highly recommend it.

非常感谢jay，这几天像家人一般的陪伴，对我的所有问题都响应迅速，并妥善处理，包括帮我去取快递哈哈。再说说这栋房子，我们一行人都非常满意，大草坪可以让孩子肆意奔跑，清澈的泳池工作人员每日都在打理，让我非常放心让孩子们玩耍，还有厨房和客厅所有的零食、饮品、红酒都是免费品尝的，真的太震撼了！洗衣机、微波炉、灶台、厨具、餐具（包括筷子），应有尽有。细节满满到让人感动。孩子们淘气玩坏了窗帘，工作人员修理好后也没有为难我们。我们还会再回来玩的，非常期待和jay的下次相见。❤️

fay was very helpful and always responsive to our enquires. She even waited for us to arrive and explained the facilities at her place. Always so ready to solve any problem that arises. The house was amazing! filled with alot of activities that we spent so much time in the villa :). Lovely big compound my group of ten friends really loved it. We gathered around mostly at the big dining table and housekeeper was too helpful with our towels after swim and even helped to run errands. Happy to always come back to a clean room and a functional house! The location maybe further from town but the owner provided transport with driver that makes it easier to move around. Thank you for the lovely experience, your hospitality and we truly had great memories with your villa. You made this trip amazing! Recommend for big groups as this villa is such a home away from home.

숙소가 정말 멋졌어요! 가족여행으로 방문했는데 사진보다 예쁘고 깨끗해서 도착하자마자 감탄했답니다 :) 호스트분도 응대가 정말 빠르고 불편한 점이 생기면 바로바로 해결해 주셔서 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 방은 2층에 3개, 1층 별채에 2개가 있었는데, 2층 방 한 곳을 제외하고는 외부를 통해 이동해야 해서 처음엔 조금 당황했지만 금방 익숙해졌어요. 숙소 위치는 현지 주택가 골목 안쪽에 있었는데, 위험하다고 느껴진 적은 없었고 조용하고 한적한 분위기였어요. 옆집 아기 우는 소리와 닭 소리가 잘 들리긴 했지만 방해될 정도는 아니었어요. 올드타운까지는 도보로 10~15분 정도 걸렸는데, 저희는 대부분 그랩을 이용해서 이동했어요. 주방 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 마트에서 장을 봐 와서 직접 요리해 먹기 좋았고, 수영장은 성인 목 정도 깊이로 넓어서 다들 함께 즐기기에 좋았어요. 한 가지 아쉬웠던 점은 세탁기가 수동이란 점이에요. 물 틀고 잠그고 헹굼/탈수 등 과정마다 직접 조절해야 해요. 물론 호스트가 상세하게 안내해줬지만 3박 머무르며 수건 빨아 써야 하는 상황에 수동 세탁기는 아쉬웠어요. 그럼에도 가족 모두 만족하고 좋은 추억 만들고 왔어요. 주변에도 추천하고 싶어요!

和照片相符並且進入房子會再加分100%、整潔、舒服 地點是最棒的部份 步行就可以抵達熱鬧商場 按摩、夜市 並且去任何景點都容易到達 還有房子裡面任何家電都很棒 從廚房微波爐到衛浴吹風機 有機會絕對會再回訪💕

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

Very warm-hearted! Chinese speaking, easy going. Super calming rice fields right in front of balcony. Breakfast was our real surprise. Highly recommended for those who wish to stay for a real retreat.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

Had a great stay at this pool villa! The place was super clean, well-equipped, and really comfortable. The private pool was perfect for relaxing, and the BBQ setup made for a fun evening with friends and family. Everything was well taken care of, and the host was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great spot for a getaway

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

One of the best locations, very kind and helpful hosts. Plan a longer stay, as the villa has so many amenities - we didn’t have time to use everything. Bikes, swimming pool, billiard, barbecue etc. Villa very clean and pleasantly odored.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together
