Holiday houses in San Sebastián de La Gomera

We were lucky to stay in Diane’s house for 4 weeks. There were 6 of us and the place was spacious enough. The location is just perfect, beautiful sunsets every day, very green with the view of the sea and palmtrees. We appreciated the dishwasher and the washing machine, for a long stay with a big family it was very practical. The village of Calera is also the best location, you can walk down to the beach but it is quite and picturesque and on the way to several hiking paths. The house is tastefully decorated, everything we needed was there and was clean and well organized. We would love to return to this wonderful place!

Ich habe meine Urlaub hier begonnen und habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Auch zum Strand musste man nicht lange laufen. Von hieraus konnte man gute Wanderungen machen, die Wege waren sehr gut ausgeschildert. Wenn man zu viel von dem Trubel in der Stadt hatte konnte man abends auf dem Balkon noch bei einem Essen oder einem Gläschen seines Lieblingsgetränks sehen wie die Sonne hinter den Bergen untergeht. Für alle Reisende ohne Auto: man muss starke Armmuskeln haben, denn man kommt nur über Treppen nach oben oder durch einen längeren Umweg, den das Apartment liegt an einem Hügel. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen.

A really great use of the space, very well thought out and classily furnished. Even though it’s small you could stay here for long without feeling crowded. Excellent location in the “city”. WiFi didn’t work unfortunately but was just here for one night, so that’s ok

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – schön, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Die Bilder entsprachen absolut der Realität. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig mit einem herrlichen Meerblick und gleichzeitig fußläufig zu vielen Restaurants gelegen. Der kleine Pool war perfekt zum Abkühlen zwischendurch. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Elias als herzlichen Gastgeber, der uns mit tollen Restauranttipps versorgt und jederzeit weitergeholfen hat. Die Kommunikation war schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

One of the most unique places I've ever stayed at – a beautiful spot in a remote, peaceful, and stunning valley. The guest unit is even more magical than it looks in the photos. While the access to the house is not the easiest (as described in other comments), the level of hospitality is top-notch - from the construction and facilities to the coffee machine provided in the unit, with attention to every detail you’d hope for in a vacation home. The team taking care of the place and the guests was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The neighbors living near the unit, who share their kitchen with guests, are an incredibly kind and generous couple - it was a pleasure to get to know them. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special experience in the heart of nature.

due passi dalla station de guaguas da dove partono i bus per tutta l'isola. sotto la station c'è trebol, bel supermercato con pesce fresco, davvero notevole. Sempre lì zona di banchi frutta e verdura. venite con la valigia vuota che c'è desnudos che ha si tutto si qualità e un terzo del prezzo cui siete abituati. caffettino da ambugù e invece accortezza di evitare il chiosco Pajarito perché è un mago del conto finale con sorprese poco piacevoli. buona vacanza 🤪

La Gomera is een prachtig eiland en met de camper bepaal je zelf waar je gaat staan. Er zijn genoeg plekken waar dat kan.
