Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Teodoro

Perfect location to visit the north of Sardinia. Very peaceful village. Small, well-stocked supermarket. Pizza restaurant... Alicia was responsive and a good follower, thank you again

We felt very comfortable with Francesco and Simona. The house was clean and modern, everything you need was available. We enjoyed the peace and quiet on the large terrace. You could quickly get to the village or the beach by car.

The house is very welcoming and clean, very close to two fabulous beaches (Cala brandinchi and Lu impostu) Inside the house there are also games for small children that are always comfortable. Antonello is very helpful and kind.

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

A beautiful house, with a beautiful garden and views. Angela lives above the house, so if you have any questions or as we need a vacuum cleaner, she comes to arrange this and bring it. Angela's two sweet dogs also walk on the property. That was what my kids loved. It is also a nice spacious house. A nice area, close to beautiful beaches.

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

We were looking for something quiet with our dog and were very happy with the location, the garden and the quiet surroundings. Above all, it is a beautiful and modern place where we felt immediately comfortable. Modern kitchen, great amenities even with dishwasher and washing machine. Raffaela is a really very nice contact and always available. She welcomed us personally, we felt very welcome. Thank you! We are happy to recommend it and will be happy to come back ourselves!

Apartment is very nice! Big plus, that it is located very close to the wonderful beach with 2 restaurants and is close to Olbia . Area is quite and calm. We were staying there in the beginning of April, it felt a quite humid in the apartment. Probably because it is on the ground floor and its not hot yet. But the heating was working well and I imagine that in hot weather its a perfect place to hide from the heat:) Bed and pillows was very comfortable !! Kids were happy to sleep in a bunk bed and adores to play in the garden. Massimiliano is a very friendly and responsive host always helped with everything we asked him.

We stayed in the accommodation for a week with three adults and a 7-year-old child. The apartment offers everything you need in an Airbnb. Within walking distance is a beautiful beach with crystal clear water, beautiful sandy beach, sun loungers, toilets and two beach restaurants. The prices are totally reasonable there and the beach seems to be popular with the locals as well. Furthermore, you can walk to a tobacco shop, a supermarket and various restaurants as well as a bus stop. Access was super easy and the parking space on the private property is just super. A great place to stay that offers a great starting point for Sardinia if you end up in Olbia. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The contact with the host is super friendly and fast. On the last day, we were even allowed to stay longer than 10:00 a.m. in the accommodation, which helped us a lot, as we didn't fly until the evening. Absolute recommendation 👍🏻

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. We had a great familyholiday! The beach is close by (3min walk) and beautiful! The house has everything someone would need, it‘s clean and comfy. the contact with the owner is quick and easy! we would love to come again, it was perfect!

Antonella s place was perfect for our family. Room was big , very clean with a little kitchen and a private bathroom. The place where is located is very peaceful , it has also a lovely pool with beautiful surroundings. You are 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches and very close to Olbia airport. Thanks very much Antonella for everything, you made us feel very welcomed and very comfortable.

Fabio was very friendly and helpful. He provided a lot of useful information in advance. The apartment was as described and there was realy everything available you could possibly need. Murta Maria is a very quiet place. So without a car there is not much you can do. I was there with my dog and for calming down and walking around it was great. Nice nature to see. My favourite place was porto istana beach (30 minutes walk).

Best airbnb we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing and we had the most perfect holiday in Sardegna. Michela is lovely and has excellent communication, always trying to help. Everything worked perfectly and the beds/pillows were super comfy. The cleanliness was top notch and I would recommend this place to families.

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊.
