The stay was perfect! The house matches the description and photos exactly. I was pleasantly surprised, as one of the rooms has two double beds, which was great for us. I recommend that, when booking, you bring personal items such as toilet paper and towels. I forgot to bring a towel and there was only one available for me and my husband. Otherwise, everything went well, and the girl Erica who received us was very kind and receptive to us!

Marcelo was very attentive, extremely clean house, better than in the photos, pleasant environment, everything impeccable!

Our stay in Arraial do Cabo was absolutely perfect! The apartment was beautiful—clean, spacious, and very safe. It’s located right on the water with stunning views and even has a private entrance to the beach, which made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was flexible with our check-in time, which we really appreciated. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just intercom to the entrance.

Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

The place is very cozy!! Close to everything, to go to the fair on foot! The hydromassage with the view is a delight! And we use the barbecue with ease too! Voltaria for sure!!

Paula was always very polite friendly answered promptly to any question or doubt I still lent the hair dryer to me. The apartment was impeccable was all clean organized the pillows were new there were two sets of towel extra beach chairs and very clean and fresh utensils. I loved the stay and the attention and care with me on arrival! They were very good hosts, I recommend with eyes closed! The very quiet district is also well located.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
