Very clean place, close to the beach and all kinds of shops, you don't need a car for anything, Mrs. Rosemeri is very kind and attentive to our well-being. He was extremely flexible with check-in and check-out. My family and I feel at home and will definitely return as soon as possible. Everything was perfect and very quiet.

The stay was perfect! The house matches the description and photos exactly. I was pleasantly surprised, as one of the rooms has two double beds, which was great for us. I recommend that, when booking, you bring personal items such as toilet paper and towels. I forgot to bring a towel and there was only one available for me and my husband. Otherwise, everything went well, and the girl Erica who received us was very kind and receptive to us!

I just visited on fds and I'm delighted! The place is simply beautiful, with a surreal landscape that seems taken from a movie. We had an amazing experience at the Dunas house and we want to thank the caretaker Rocha and his family for taking care of us throughout the stay. Since the time of arrival, we have been greeted with great attention and affection, which made all the difference. The house is well equipped, with a breathtaking view that has made our experience even more special. She held our family very well, with enough space for everyone to settle comfortably. In addition, the location is impeccable, the house is really ‘foot in the sand’, which made our experience even more charming. Rocha and his family were always on hand to make sure everything was perfect. We would also like to thank Miriam, our host, who has always been available to answer our questions and offer all the necessary support, making our stay even quieter and more enjoyable. It was an amazing stay! The house is spectacular, with all the amenities described in the listing. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable, the outdoor area is very pleasant. Ana was an excellent host, always attending to us and responding. I highly recommend it!

Perfect location between Arraial and Forte beach, the space is very cozy and even more charming than in the photos, the bed is extremely comfortable, the host is very helpful and responds super fast, my only observation is regarding the hydro, it was not very clean! I will definitely be back!

Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just intercom to the entrance.

Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

Paula was always very polite friendly answered promptly to any question or doubt I still lent the hair dryer to me. The apartment was impeccable was all clean organized the pillows were new there were two sets of towel extra beach chairs and very clean and fresh utensils. I loved the stay and the attention and care with me on arrival! They were very good hosts, I recommend with eyes closed! The very quiet district is also well located.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive.
