Delicious boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Centrally located apartment approx. 60 sq ft on the first floor of a quiet area. There are good bus connections and short distance to the city center. Here you can relax but at the same time be close to everything. Fine hiking areas in the area with fresbeegolf course, actionball center and mountain bike track. Fitness center and grocery store 500 meters away and one shopping center which is 1 km away. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need! Private terrace on the outside with little transparency.

Bus connections are good, otherwise we offer parking space for you with a car. Sandnes and Stavanger are nearby. As well as many great hiking areas, both by the sea and the mountains. It is a 10 minute stroll along the promenade into the center of Sandnes with its associated shops, center and good selection in restaurants and cultural life. Alternatively 10m to nearest bus stop.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

From this apartment you have easy access to everything. Location is in the center of Sandnes, a few meters away from the seafront. There is a multitude of restaurants and shops within 3-5min walking distance, as well as the train & bus station with frequent departures to Stavanger (15min) or Kristiansand. The apartment is in the 7th floor and has an open planned kitchen and living room, one bedroom, bathroom and a small balcony with afternoon/evening sun. Cycle parking is available.

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Newly renovated basement apartment in old Swiss villa. Walking distance to restaurants, downtown shops, railway station and bus stops. Suitable for a couple or couple with one child - own cot can be put in. Please note that as the apartment is in walking distance to all amenities, there is paid parking near the house. Free in evening/night and from Saturday afternoon to Monday at 0900.
