Amazing stay. The house is super comfy, we loved the hot tub spa, games in the garage, loved the kitchen. Everything was clean and a lot of light coming from the windows which we loved. We didn’t get the time to grill but that grill looked amazing too. Definitely recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Oh Shell Yeah is right! Loved this property......You feel right at home and it simply has everything you would need. Heather has decorated this home so beautifully, I loved all the details that she has done, from the fun artwork to the accessories. The coffee bar and kitchen is so nice!! The location is perfect, especially if you are wanting to go to Sanibel/Captiva or Ft Myers Beach. It was easy to get around to anywhere you'd want to go. Heather made some nice recommendations for restaurants; we enjoyed Doc Ford's. My family all commented on how great it was and we all really enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the Lanai; its peaceful, comfortable and just simply relaxing. I would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again! Shell Yeah is a beauty; Book it and Enjoy!

My family had an excellent stay at this location. The neighborhood was and with a beautiful canal view.

This was by far one of our favorite Airbnb’s. It was perfect for us (and our two dogs). And just as beautiful as the pictures! The Airbnb is very clean and organized. Everything we needed was provided. There were clear instructions written out, but if we had any questions, Loree responded quickly. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb, but walked into town, which was less than a 10 minute walk. We met Loree, who is one of the nicest people we have met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay throughout our entire stay. Looking forward to going back and renting her Airbnb too!

Our stay at Aylin and Ross's bungalow was wonderful. They are fantastic hosts and even invited us to meet them at a local farmers market where Aylin gave us some of her homemade Filipino food! Aylin and Ross were very friendly and responsive to all of the questions that we had ahead of time and during our stay. The home itself was wonderful and extremely convenient for day tripping to Sanibel & Captiva as well as other adventures that we did around Fort Myers and elsewhere. We would highly recommend staying at the Bungalow and look forward to returning someday soon! Thank you Aylin and Ross for a great stay!

Due to 2 airline cancelations, I had to cancel my stay. It was a very frustrating situation but beyond my control. Communicating with Peter about my changing circumstances was easy and Peter promptly responded to my frequent updates, and he was very understanding. I plan to stay at his place once I finally get to Cape Coral!

Second time staying here. They added the sink in the kitchen! The place is complete, clean, well maintained. I recommend it. Thank you!

Irina place was very clean. smelled so good like lemon grass . it was nice and cool. bed was comfy too and the little outside area was nice as well had 2 chairs. I would definitely come again.

Absolutely loved staying in this private home! Everything was exactly as listed and even better than expected. I got engaged on our stay there and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a couple! A very private, cute, and comfortable home. The pool was awesome to have and even had blowup tubes included. Would definitely come back here!

The place was clean and met or expectations. They always communicated on time and was very responsive. Nice person indeed!

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Very nice unit. Exactly like the photos . Plenty of room. Arrived late on a Saturday so it was nice to have some staples on hand. ( toilet paper, paper towels , soap, shampoo, waters etc) Plenty of towels and beach supplies. Building G is the closest to the beach which was very pretty and not at all crowded. Very quiet and peaceful. There is still construction going on in some of the 1st floor units but they seemed to begin later in morning and finish up early. It was not a bother at all. The beds were very comfortable. Met some very nice neighbors . Would love to return in the future.

The stay at Lisa’s place was great. Minutes from Sanibel and Fort Myers. We enjoyed the pool and hope to be back again soon.

Paul’s place was excellent, exactly what was advertised. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Neighborhood was quiet. The only negative and this has nothing to do with Paul, was the intersection from the complex and the causeway was very busy with traffic. We would love to stay here again.

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

We recently stayed at the Sanibel Harbor condo with our one year old daughter and her great grandma, and we had the most amazing time! Her uncle also joined us for a fun filled Saturday. We can’t say enough great things about this stay. The immediate access to the water via stairs was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was absolutely beautiful, especially considering how hard the area was hit just two years ago by Hurricane Ian. The restoration and care put into the property truly show. We’re so grateful for the memories made here!
