Cozy little apartment with balcony and view.

The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-maintained 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We have taken over this 2018 and newly furnished (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a sep. Bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 school child) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (plenty of dishes, coffee machine, TV). No Wi-Fi!

The apartment is on the ground floor of our holiday home completed in spring 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/ Westerode, surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

Our primarily family-oriented apartment is located in the center of the spa town of Braunlage, and is only 5 minutes away by car from the Wurmbergbahn. The apartment has one bedroom, one children's room and a converted pointed floor with a play corner for children. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine. Final cleaning (65€) and spa cards (max. 2,80€per adult & day) must be paid locally.

Our apartment is located in an old forest house "the power house", which was built in 1902. It is a bit remote, in the middle of nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. We offer a laundry package for €12.50 per person (towels, blankets and pillowcases). The contribution for the spa company is €2.40/night for adults and €1.62/night for children from 6 years. It is not included in the accommodation price. Payment is made on site.
