The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-maintained 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We have taken over this 2018 and newly furnished (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a sep. Bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 school child) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (plenty of dishes, coffee machine, TV). No Wi-Fi!
