The nearest bus stop (towards the university and city center) is a 7-minute walk. There is no elevator to the apartment. A very large courtyard offers comfortable seating. All the utensils necessary for everyday use are available. Bedroom 1: One bed 140 x 200 cm Bedroom 2: One bed 140 x 200 cm In the living room is a sofa bed for a maximum of 2 people.

Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

The sat-tv offers hundreds of channels in 5 main languages (German, English, Polish, Russian and Italian). You will have the place to yourselves, but never far from excellent restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as shopping facilities within easy reach.

On the ground floor there is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and refrigerator. The ground floor living room is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating. On the lower floor there is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.
