Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

The location was very close to Koblenz and Andernach (and certainly others). We stayed there for 3 nights and will check in again at any time. The apartment was as shown in the pictures. Very clean and tidy. Everything that needed to be there was there. There was nothing missing. There was even a minibar and snacks for a small amount of money. We highly recommend this provider and this apartment.

Helge's appartment was perfect for a few days stay for 4 persons. 2 Big bedrooms, a nice bathroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Also there is free parking in the street and a huge supermarket at 900 mtrs. Recommended for visiting the Mosel area as well as Koblenz.

Everything worked out great! The nice thing is also the balcony, the apartment is completely sufficient for a short trip and you have everything you need. There are plenty of parking spaces and you can reach everything quickly on foot. If we are in Koblenz next time, we will be happy to come back!
