Marisa was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is charming and feels like a home. I am looking forward to staying again.

The place is very nice and quiet. We took advantage of the pool which is not very busy and very clean. We spent the last days of our trip in total relaxation and peace. I've never found such an organized house: there was really everything you needed. Like being in your own home! Well done Jo!

This is our second family vacation in Alfonso apartment and we highly recommend it. Great beach in May without crowds, good restaurants in the area and everything you need for a successful vacation. The host is very nice and helpful :)

Nice apartment on the first floor, very close to the sea. Easy to park. Very quiet area. Large bathroom with new shower and all the necessary products. Jorge has been very kind and responsive all the time. Zero problems, we will surely repeat.

Great stay - close to amazing food, shopping and València sites. The place was comfy, had all the needed amenities and the host was super responsive. The concierge was always friendly, getting in and out was no problem. Totally recommend it as a great value for the price.

Great location and just what we needed for a few days.

Would highly recommend this property if planning a trip to Denia, Myself ,my husband and two teenagers enjoyed our stay, loads of room for us all,well equipped kitchen, and laundry, beautiful swimming pool. Also secure parking and a very safe area for walking around. The marina area of Denia,where all the restaurants are located is with a 15 minute walk, 3 large supermarkets within a 7 minute walk. Denia is a lovely location, Valencia and Alicante are about a 1hour 30mins drive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property, spotlessly clean and modern, large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was great for the 4 of us.

We had a brilliant time at the property. The balcony in the evening overlooking the pool was perfect for evening drinks. The location was great not far from the harbour, beach and city centre. Nuria and Melissa were really helpful offering lots of recommendations. Thank you!

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes' walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large, nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. If you want a nice vacation, rent Veronica's apartment!

They had a great few days at this accommodation, Rober and Gema were very kind to them and attentive at all times. Highly recommended.

Beautiful penthouse, with all the amenities, the only thing to improve is the bed below that is very uncomfortable but there were 4 of us and we had another single bed and the sofa, otherwise it is highly recommended, we will return

Eva is great. We rented the villa to celebrate our baby's first birthday with the family. Eva let us visit the villa some time before to think about the preparations, and she also made it easy for us to bring things on the Thursday before the event to organize ourselves better. She has been very attentive to everything and personally is a very nice and outgoing girl. The villa is a 10, both in the decoration and in the details it has, the pool, the rooms, the terrace, even the bar!!! It far exceeds anything one could ask for. Thank you so much for everything, it was a wonderful weekend. Highly recommended!!!

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

Never being in Valencia, this was a wonderful location. Walk to the beach, dining was all around us and very good. Bus service to city center was wonderful. Bus Pass was great and thanks to Maria telling us about it, it did work. The space was wonderful, and each bedroom was just perfect for our family. The only thing that we missed was a patio or balcony to sit out in the morning to have out coffee. But we would return again. Thanks, Maria, for being the best host!!!! Also, your son was wonderful to help us with our Spanish.... Conner family
