Holiday rentals with a patio in Sant Antoni

Javier was the perfect host, very helpful, friendly and accommodating! The apartment was spotlessly clean and really convenient for the train station to travel the area. We would happily book this accommodation again and highly recommend Havier and his place

We spent 4 nights in Valencia, the apartment is perfect for a 3 or 4 day stay. It has everything you need in a small but not uncomfortable space, it is very well decorated, everything is impeccable and has very good taste details. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom shower is very good, I would only say that they should put bigger towels, to say something. Artem always responded immediately to our inquiries, even when we arrived very late at night, he was connected with us. We did not meet him personally but he is a very kind, polite person and very willing to help us at all times. Of course I recommend Artem's apartment 100%, I hope I can return one day.

The place was spacious and comfortable as well as being very well equipped. The hosts provided amazing communication throughout our stay and answered any questions quickly.

Great place on top of the hill with amazing views! The house is well equipped for cooking. The neighborhood is very quiet and there’s not much restaurants or grocery stores nearby so a car is a must, also there’s a lot of room for parking. Overall we enjoyed the place very much! Recommended!

the rooftop balcony is the definitive highlight of this place. direct access to the beach, which is not crowded at all. all in all everything was great. Only downside, as we were traveling with kids and were cooking and bbqing, a dishwasher would have been great. But this did not stop us from having an amazing time. we will for sure come again

100% recommended accommodation. I spent a few days with my two kids at this place and we found it very comfortable. It is very close to the beach, walking 5 minutes away, it has all kinds of amenities that are appreciated when traveling from afar, such as gel, shampoo, oil, salt, all kinds of kitchen utensils, umbrella and mat for the beach, iron, vacuum cleaner... We would definitely repeat if we go back to Cullera!

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

We have been in the house for 4 days, very comfortable, we would definitely repeat. Quiet accommodation with all amenities. If I had to mention a downside, it's that the mattresses on the single beds were very hard, the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work, and despite lowering the window blinds and closing the curtains in the rooms, a lot of light still came in and it was hard to sleep. This doesn't change how good we were, that's why we give 5⭐️.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

The apartment is beautiful and super bright, clean and the location is very central. That was all very nice and I would recommend it

For us it was a 10 stay. We had all the amenities that were described, and the host was always attentive to anything. We were able to enjoy our wedding weekend, and take some beautiful photos with a castle in the background. The garden area with the terrace are great, and the pool was impeccable and clean, which we took advantage of with the heat. Thank you for everything! We will not hesitate to choose this place again if the opportunity arises.

We liked our week in Elia's house very much. It is a beautiful house that is equipped with all comforts with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The area is quiet and invites you to walk. Contact with Elia went very smoothly. Before the arrival there were very clear instructions about the house and the area. The communication was always clear and smooth and the hospitality and care was great. It is clear that they have an eye for details and that they care about their hospitality. Recommended!

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

We had a great stay at Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really nice. It is a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really very nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.
