This is a great spot. Easy parking. Walking to the nearby shops and restaurants was so pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Sweet family and pup. Nice little backyard oasis!

Shannon et Mathew sont adorables et de super hosts. Le logement correspond exactement à la description. Le quartier est très calme et sûr. Il est facile de se garer. De plus, il est très proche d'une grande partie des attractions de Los Angeles (Griffith, Studios, Hills, etc.). Nous y retournerions sans aucun soucis. Nous le recommandons vivement!

This was a great place to stay in a convenient location. David is such a sweetheart. It smelled so clean when I arrived. I loved the backyard area. It was so peaceful to sit out there. I also loved the bathroom lightening and shower. It is near LAX so there is some noise from the overhead planes but the location is helpful for the area. Take caution in this neighborhood at night.

Such a lovely cottage with beautiful landscaping. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Michael was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The welcome sign was a special touch!

A wonderful host, a great spot, lots to see and do, and a private peaceful setting in a beautiful backyard. This is a great Airbnb experience, and the next time we have to be in Burbank, we will certainly go there again!

wonderful stay at Debbies and mike. you can do everything from universal studios to melrose, hollywood sign etc… we were lucky not so much traffic. hope to be back soon

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jacob’s space. It was three blocks from downtown and very easy to move around the area. They were wonderful host house was ex extraordinarily comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was cozy without feeling crap. We have plenty of room to unpack and plenty of room to move around. We had breakfast either in the dining area or out on the front patio every morning.

Really glad I chose to stay here instead of a hotel for my trip. It is very cute and cozy and the view you get is very nice. Megan was very helpful and was a great host! Thank you 🙏🏼

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had an amazing time staying at Graciela’s place! It was perfect for our family — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described (if not better!). Graciela was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and we loved exploring the area! L’alloggio è davvero accogliente, con un bel giardino privato che lo rende anche molto sicuro e tranquillo. Si trova in una zona residenziale serena, a pochi passi da Beverly Hills, e spesso ci siamo spostati a piedi per esplorare il quartiere, cosa davvero piacevole in una città come Los Angeles. Il parcheggio è comodo e gratuito, proprio nel vialetto davanti all’ingresso. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Lauren, una persona incantevole: è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, e abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il cestino di benvenuto con tanti snack, una sorpresa davvero gradita! L’arredamento della casa è di altissima qualità, scelto con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera calda ed elegante. Il letto era molto comodo e anche il bagno si è rivelato pratico e confortevole, ben curato in ogni dettaglio. Questo alloggio rappresenta una vera oasi di relax e silenzio nel cuore di una città frenetica: lo consiglierei senza esitazioni.

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

The location was amazing and the host put a couple extra goodies and a greeting card in the house for us which we loved. I asked about a couple local recommendations and she immediately messaged back with good suggestions. The views were to die for and the small personal touches in the house were greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to come back!

And gracious and responsive hosts who have provided all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Anoush was a very good host making us feel welcome and very comfortable. The suite was lovely and the outdoor space a great bonus. The neighborhood is very quiet and street parking was easy. It was the perfect retreat! Highly recommend!

Simply the best. The photos can’t do justice to the sweeping canyon views, sunsets, or the local wildlife, birdsongs, and wildflowers. Billy, Lori, and their sweet dog Dora were so friendly and welcoming, they felt like family after 5 minutes. Location was ideal for us, about equidistant between Malibu and Thousand Oaks, and we spent a lot of time at the beaches but always looked forward to getting “home.” There are so many exquisite spots on the multiple patio decks to enjoy the fresh air and nature that you never relax the same way twice! It’s also located right near the Backbone Trail and we enjoyed hiking and running several sections of it. Oh and can’t forget the bed— it’s a literal dream. I think I had some of the best sleep of my life here. Overall 10/10. Great panoramas, great price point, great people. We will be back.
