Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

Our apartment has a wonderful ocean view. It is very spacious, bright and comfortable. Ideal for spending a few days of relaxation and tranquility, although it is also very close to the sandy beach, where you can surf or simply go for a walk and enjoy the views of Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo.
