Until July 2026, renovation work will be carried out in the adjacent homes, with possible noise during working hours. Breathtaking sea view, just steps from the beach and the town center, convenient for shopping and dining. The accommodation overlooks a lively and busy square, so during your stay you may hear noise from municipal events (festivals, concerts) or nearby private venues. Just a few minutes' walk from the train station, with connections to Palermo (12 km) and Cefalù (45 km).

The villa, characterized by large terraces overlooking the sea, is semi-detached and divided into two floors, completely independent of each other, beyond the garden with access to the sea and the entrance square. The accommodation described here and the photos you see are of the upper floor. The lower floor of the villa is owned by my uncle and is rented only in summer separately.
