Great restaurants close by, grocery store and bay front park. Easy access to Mondello Beach and Cefalu by driver or train. Flat response large, upscale and beds are comfortable . Bathrooms are large and beautiful. Can’t say enough about this beautiful stay!

My daughter and son in law stayed with Giuseppina. The apartment was fabulous for all our needs. Situated in the town centre. Great location. Clean and tidy and a lovely host.

Booked at short notice due to a change of plans and Gabriel was very accommodating. The house is large and very well equipped and just what we needed for a few hot days at the end of our Sicily trip - beach and a shady garden. Other reviews mention a narrow drive way and admittedly this was a challenge but worth the effort for this lovely house

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

Marco was extremely attentive and helpful from the get go before we even arrived in the country. His parents living below allowed for us to check in a bit later than expected and were extremely nice. Overall the place was amazing, the views from the garden and the terrace were amazing the house was very comfortable to stay in with everything we needed for our short stay. If we ever came back during the summer we would definitely stay again

The location is fantastic to explore Palermo, everything is walking distance in the centre. The apartment is spacious and well decorated with all you could need for a stay. Palermo is a fascinating city with a great atmosphere. Antonella was very responsive around check in and helped us with recommendations

An absolutely beautiful and impeccable apartment! The location is just perfect to step out and enjoy all that the center of Palermo has to offer. Franco was an incredible host, very communicative and clear with instructions even sending pictures along the way to ensure we were able to locate parking and check in with ease. I never expected an unassuming alley to lead to such a stunning building and apartment. If I am ever lucky to find myself in Palermo again I will certainly be staying at Casa Petra! Loved the bright, airy, comfortable and well designed duplex flat with uber slow elevator to top floor! The street is very ‘rough’ pavement-wise and at a cross section with an abandoned building - off putting at first but Bianca’s place is truly a refuge from the grittier albeit fascinating side of Palermo. Everything you’d want to visit is within reach by foot. I am a solo traveler , 70 yrs old who would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional apartment, walking distance to all the sights and food. Very comfortable place with everything you would need. And yes the balcony view was fantastic, especially early morning and sunset. Antonio was a great host, reliable and communicated promptly. Palermo is a vibrant city and we loved it! Love to come back and stay again!

This is a fabulous apartment in a terrific location! Rodi was very helpful and friendly. She met us upon arrival, showed us the apartment and shared a lot of information on local restaurants and sights. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Just a walk to markets, churches and bars. We were able to leave our bags in the building after check out until we left for our evening flight. Would definitely recommend this place and definitely recommend Palermo!

We enjoyed our stay in Pino's apartment very much. We were warmly welcomed by Eric and Pino was always available for our concerns. It is beautifully furnished with a wonderful terrace, is centrally located and all sights in the old town are within walking distance. We slept very well in this quiet environment at night. The bar on the corner is great for breakfast, and we also tried recommended restaurants nearby (Sant'Agata and Stuzzicheria) All in all, highly recommended and we will definitely come back! Dario was the best host ever. He was always willing to help and was flexible. The place is GORGEOUS! You basically have your own private villa. Close to Mondello beach where the sights are incredible and night life is crazy. It was a cozy spot, but had a classic Italian touch to it. I would highly highly recommend staying here. It was worth every penny.

A tranquil oasis of a place set in beautiful gardens, a fantastic pool and with very welcoming and generous hosts. We, a family of 4, spent 5 nights here in July and had a wonderful time. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but having a car in the July heat made everything a good bit more comfortable. Highly recommend.

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

Nuccia was a wonderful host. The house is near the airport and has amazing lemon trees in the garden. Highly recommend.

We've had a lot of Airbnb stays, but this was the very best ever. As a family, we felt right at home here — and that's rare. Everything was correct: the cottage was taken care of to the last detail, fully equipped and perfectly tailored to what we needed. From check-in to checkout, everything went effortlessly, in complete privacy and with just the right balance between contact and space. The pool was lovely — a fantastic place to relax and really enjoy the outdoors. And the garden… what a work that must be to maintain, but the result is stunning. So cared for, so beautiful. It adds a lot to the peace and atmosphere of the place. Martina has thought of everything. The atmosphere, the amenities, the tranquility… It felt almost too nice to be true. We found it genuinely difficult to say good bye, and that says a lot. A place like this is rare. We will come back here with love.
