Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Maria

We came to Cayucos to enjoy a couple of days before moving our daughter out of her dorm at Cal Poly. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and a great location to go exploring with our dog. We appreciated the little touches from the nice products, the coffee bean grinder and the water filter machine. Everything is new and the decor felt very cozy. The comfortable bed and the rain shower were also nice to have! Though it is small, it really didn't feel that way! We will definitely come back and recommend to other Cal Poly families.

The Nottage is a peaceful, pristine retreat. The outside areas are wonderful and the inside was clean and well organized. Diane had labels for everything! Plenty of parking. Wonderful having plenty of extra towels, too. The location was great for a morning walk around Country Club Drive and only 15 minutes to downtown SLO. We appreciated the quick reply when we had a question regarding the unit.

This was one of, if not the best, AirBnB experiences we’ve had! The apartment was just like the photos and everything felt very new and clean while still being charming. The location also couldn’t be beat for walking to dinner and tasting rooms. There is also a place to get great coffee right out front. We will definitely be back!

Immediately when we entered the home, we commented on how the beautiful and thoughtful the details were in this home. We noticed all the small things, such as the matching, beautiful colors in different areas. It really felt like a beach home. The amenities were as described. For being so close to downtown and the beach, we didn't hear any street noise from the home. This home is in extremely close walking distance to Pismo beach (under 75 steps) where we enjoyed food, music, the amazing ocean, and people watching. When we visit Pismo again, we will definitely check to see if Jody's place is available first. Again, a lovely place and visit.

I am so grateful for Amy’s place. It was our first time in los Alamos and I will be calling amy every time I want to stay again. She is a great host and the condo was spotless and comfy. The location cannot be beat and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This was a great place if you want peace and quiet and the serenity of being out of the city and in a large house with lots of space for large families. The bedrooms were great, and everything was very accessible, especially the large tables and the large counter seating which we made use of every night.

This place was absolutely amazing! We have stayed in a bunch of AirBNB's around the country and this one was one of the tops. It made the graduation of our son and the memories we had one that will last a lifetime. Michael was an amazing host and truly responsive and made our stay and graduation weekend the best...not to mention his lovely warming gift to our son when we opened the fridge...(great local microbrews!). If you stay in SLO, ya gotta stay at this place!

Here’s a polished and friendly review you can use for Airbnb: We loved our stay at Thomas’s place! The location is perfect—walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and just steps from the water. The space itself is super cute, private, and comfortable. Thomas has two cats and a dog, all incredibly friendly, but the real star of the show is his co-host, Sylvester the cat. He’s got a big personality and was happy to hang out with us as much as we let him. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll adore him. The house was stocked with a few thoughtful provisions, and we especially appreciated the ice cream bars—such a nice touch. Hopefully Thomas’s place is available the next time we’re in Los Osos. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Very nice and calm place, good location for pismo beach visitors!

There's really not much to say: The place was as advertised, the host was very proactive with check-in instructions via message, and there was no issue. The only thing that was (pleasantly) unexpected was that there was already some food in the fridge, and we were free to use that. It could've been a prior hosts' stuff, or provided by the host, but it doesn't matter. We simply decided to play ball and leave our own unused/unfinished items for the next guest. :) All in all, a great stay.

Our stay was fantastic! We had a group of 8 in town for a wedding. The house was spacious, and there were just about all the amenities we could have needed. We loved to sit out back on the patio and talk each morning. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, with lots of friendly people. Would be perfect for a large family or some friends, and comes highly recommended by us!

My family enjoyed our stay at the Ballard Canyon Cottage immensely. The home itself was lovely and the spaces were nicely laid out. The kitchen was well stocked, bunk beds were perfect for the two kids (6 + 10), and the AC came in very handy as the temps climbed into the 80s. And of course, the hot tub was a huge hit! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, I highly recommend this spot!

This was our second & hopefully not our last stay at Max's amazing cozy home. We come to the area to visit family & he goes above & beyond to accommodate our needs & desires as well as our families requests. He was always available via text to see if we needed anything otherwise he was very respectful of our privacy. The home is super clean & in a safe area, which is critically important. Truly a great place to stay to enjoy the SLO county. Spent the weekend here for my brother’s graduation and was an easy 13 min commute from here to Cal State San Luis Obispo. Was able to grab some Beachin Biscuits and a cup of chow at Splash Cafe. Topped it off with a cinnamon roll and call it a successful weekend.

This place is fantastic!!! You are smack dab In The middle of town. Everything is literally steps away from what you could want!!! Great views for the amazing sun sets!!

We had a busy weekend for CP graduation, and this was a lovely place to return to after full days of activity. We all had our own space. Our stay was fabulous, thanks.

We went to Ca. to visit our son and for medical check-ups. We had a marvelous time. Sleeping in such a peaceful location played a large role in our bonding and recuperation. Lots of pinochle and dominoes. All together we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend Rachel's Cozy Condo to anyone.

This place was SPECTACULAR!!! We couldn't have asked for a better rental! Summer went above and beyond for us. Not once did it feel like we were at someone else's house. We absolutely love the place so much and we made unforgettable memories with our family. Thank you from the bottom of ours hearts, Summer and to her husband for such a lovely stay. Enjoy our stay here for graduation and Father’s Day weekend. Place was easy to get to and close to the beach. For my family of 4 it was perfect. Getting in late the first night it was nice to have waffles mix and coffee to make in the morning before going to the store. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!
