If culture is what you are after then this place has bucket loads! place is well connected and all the best sights of Naples are within a short walk or train right away. we happened to stay on the weekend of the Italian league final that Napoli were in, so brilliant for atmosphere but the walls are thin even with the ear plugs and the constant fireworks and mopeds could be hear from the street below. worth noting that there is only a small window for free check in. Having said all the the Spanish quarter is certainly a sight to have experienced.

Great little stop over 20 mins from the base of mount Vesuvius. Slightly remote but can’t complain when you are so close to the national park. Host was welcoming and very flexible with our late check in. Thanks

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The area is very close to main attractions. It was also very quiet at night, honestly the quietest place that we've stayed at any AirBnb in any city in all of Europe. Our host was kind and very responsive to any questions. The apartment was clean and very large. The apartment also felt very secure.We would certainly stay at this apartment again when we return to Napoli.

Very happy with our stay in Portici. It is a very small studio perfect for a few days. It came equipped with everything you need for daily life, EVERYTHING. María is a very attentive host, she was very attentive during our stay and recommended and gave us advice on everything we asked for. Portici has many things to see, we recommend you take a tour of the neighborhood.

Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Naples in itself is crowded, noisy, and a-lot of litter in the streets. But once you look past all that its ok city to visit, if you do then this airbnb is the place to go.

Antonietta's place was very clean and cozy. It had everything you would need for a trip to Naples. She communicated very clearly so check in/out was very easy. The location was very convenient and closely located to many things of interest but I will say - be careful at night! It can be a bit dangerous walking around alone. Overall this is a great value and was a great base for exploring the city. The best frittatina in the city are less than 100 meters away as well at Di Matteo!

Great experience! Antonio quickly accommodated my last-minute need for an extra night in Napoli. The room was clean, recently remodeled, and Antonio was a communicative and helpful host, always available when needed.

Elena's place is located a few metres away from the train station. It is is close proximity to catch a ferry towards Sorrento and bus tours towards Pompei that depart from the nearby train station.

Stayed with wife. Location of apartment was less than a minute from the busiest street in Napoli, but surprisingly very peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast is served round the corner at Andrea and Luigi's upmarket and busy cafe. It consisted of coffee and large croissant each. Very nice. We had a minor hiccup with our taxi to the airport but Luigi sorted it for us and we were very grateful. He said "hey, it's my job". They care about their guests and its not just some grotty Airbnb appartment like i've stayed at before.

Absolutely incredible experience! The apartment was not only spacious and impeccably clean but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—and then some. Its convenient location near public transport (bus, metro) made getting around effortless. Carmine and her mother were beyond wonderful. Marco’s mother greeted us and showed us through the apartment and explained everything to us. They also had many recommendations for eating and sightseeing. Lovely apartment in the heart of old town, but extremely quiet. Lovely view from the rooftop garden. Will hopefully stay again one day.

Jeanette was a lovely host! She was very easy to communicate with and provided us with helpful information. The location was perfect for exploring Centro storico. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low key space to stay with a responsive host :)

The stay with Adriana was perfect! The accommodation was very large, equipped with everything you need and with air conditioning, which is essential in this heat. Adriana was very nice and helpful for any information, just contact her, she also left us a lot of stuff for breakfast which was very much appreciated. The area itself is very nice but quite busy, so it might be a little difficult to fall asleep for those who are not used to the noise of cars. The apartment is not exactly in the center, but you can get around by bus, although you have to be careful because they don't always pass. Otherwise, you can get around on foot (about 30 minutes from the center). Otherwise, everything is perfect. If I had to go back to Naples, it would definitely be my choice!

Our stay in this Naples apartment was fantastic. The space was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with excellent air conditioning that was very welcome during the warm summer days. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the historic center, just steps from Piazza San Domenico Maggiore. It was the perfect home base for exploring Naples on foot and soaking in the city’s energy and culture. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. They made it easy for us to check in early and drop off our bags, which gave us a great head start on our visit. The host was also incredibly helpful in arranging an early morning transfer to the train station. We stayed here during our honeymoon, and it was perfect! Filippo and Stefania were very flexible and understanding when our trains had run late, and even left a very sweet welcome for our honeymoon! The location is perfect, right next to an entrance to the ruins, and the included breakfast to the cafe downstairs was delicious. 100% recommend if you’re staying in Pompei!

Great hosts, amazing price, beautiful place. Had snacks and a bottle of red wine in the room at check-in as a sweet cherry on top!! Host called us a taxi to the airport at the end of our trip at a great flat price!

The host is inspiring and kind person. The flat is very Cosy with many vintage and handmade details that are very smartly made. Exactly my taste. My room had an amazing chair done with old jeans. Everything was clean and super comfortable. The air conditioning is impresively powerful. For breakfast I had tasty homemade carrot cake. Greta place to visit Pompeii, Vesuvius. There is also a public beach with Black sand where one can get very fast with just a 5 minutes on the train in the direction to Napoli.

Enrico and his two cats are as good hosts as they get :) We felt like home, the location is perfect and his food recommendations were amazing. We definitely want to come again!

I had the best time staying at Valentina's place. As a solo traveler I felt safe and welcomed. The apartment was clean, situated in very close proximity to the metro station in a well-kept apartment building. The host was kind, open to help and to answer all the questions. I can't wait to go back to Napoli and hopefully secure a room in Valentina's beautiful apartment.
