The place looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and spotless. Laura and Silvio were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Very walkable area. Silvio met us at check in and gave very clear instructions to find nearby parking (covered lot with hourly rate; €15/24° max). Would stay there again. Thanks Laura and Silvio!

Enza was a great host, she was so helpful, kind and responsive. The apartment was perfect and so close to everything but down a beautiful quiet street.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

This place was better than what we had asked for. Very spacious, extremely clean, walkable to all the amazing restaurants and farmers market. Francesco responded right away to any questions we had about the area. I can't wait to come back and stay in this location and beautifully clean home.

Salvatore made us feel right at home in Ortigia. He reserved a parking garage for us on the island, set us up with a private boat tour company, and provided the best restaurant recommendations - we ended up going back to his first recommendation a second time before we left! He answered all of our questions incredibly quickly, assisted with the remote check in process, and was really committed to making sure we had a wonderful time in Ortigia. I recommend anyone traveling stay in this apartment - it’s beautiful, modern, clean, quiet, and close to amazing restaurants and the water. Even for folks who normally prefer hotels or are new to airbnb, Salvatore is more engaged and proactive than any concierge! Can’t wait to come back.

The best accommodation of our trip. Excellent location, walkable to everything. Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need and more. Lots of extras that others don’t provide. Maria was a very good host who helped us with restaurants, time tables even carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall I was very impressed.

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

Nice and cosy apartment with a great rooftop. Watch out for the very steep stairs!

We loved our stay, the apartment is beautifully decorated and has stunning views and private access to a popular beach - we’d highly recommend it. Definitely would suggest having a car to make the most of visiting Noto and surrounding towns and beaches.

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

An exceptional apartment on the beach. Highly recommended.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Apartment in the heart of Ortigia but off the beaten path, excellent location and communication always at the top. Quiet and cozy apartment. The small bar of "Irma la dolce" below the house is an extra point.

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at Salvo and his parents place. After exploring the beautiful surrounding towns, we were able to spend time in the garden or cool off in the sea, to which there is direct access. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. An ideal place for a quiet vacation in Sicily.

We are delighted with these three days spent in Syracuse with Fabio. The accommodation is extremely well located right next to Ortigia. We easily found a place to park. The accommodation is well equipped and very quiet. Fabio always available to answer our questions, I recommend.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

We really enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped Airbnb—it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. While there’s no parking directly in front of the flat, we used the Talete parking lot, which was just a 5-minute walk away and cost €15 per day. It worked out perfectly for us. Great location and a very smooth stay overall!

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.
