Eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung mitten in Modicas Altstadt, so etwas Außergewöhnliches sucht man sehr lange. Klimatisiert und vollausgestattet kann man auch gemütliche Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz so leicht zu erreichen, weil die Parkplätze etwas außerhalb liegen (bzw. liegen müssen). Weil Modica sehr schön auf zwei Hügelseiten liegt, gibt es in den Altstadt Gassen viele Treppen, die ggfs nicht so leicht mit kleinen Kindern oder älteren Personen zu machen sind (unsere beiden Kinder waren 12 und 9 zu der Zeit, das ging super). Modica war für uns ein absolutes Sizilien Highlight gewesen, die Stadt ist nicht übertouristisch voll (wie zB Taormina), aber wunderschön und zugleich lokal authentisch. Würde sofort wieder hinfahren. Sonia und Henry waren genauso perfekte Vermieter wie ihre Wohnung, jede Anfrage wurde sofort geklärt und wir haben noch tolle Tips bekommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 gg ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa molto pulita e molto ben arredata. Situata in centro. L’unico neo è stata la ricezione telefonica un po’ carente, ovviamente il Wi-Fi presente suppliva per buona parte delle necessità.

Tutto come da descrizione. Ci siamo trovati bene. Ottima accoglienza e posto ben attrezzato con bellissima piscina. Casa con tutte le comodità e stupenda vista mare. Lo consiglio.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We recommend this place to relax, but a few things were missing from the description of airbnb: basic spices, oil, soap, gel, shampoo, irons, window blinds, fire extinguisher, first aid kit. Despite this, the location is great with a sea view and a place to eat on the terrace. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bed could be more comfortable. House equipment at the appropriate level. The beach is beautiful. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. We are happy to visit this place again and recommend it to friends. Regards

Buena atención por parte del anfitrión. Alojamiento cómodo muy cerca andando del centro y de la estación de tren.

Very pleasant host. Easy to communicate and friendly. We have got a free transfer from the train station and breakfast voucher as a present on checkout. All basic household devices were present and worked fine. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and car rental. Historical places of Syracuse located within 20 minutes walk. Excellent price/value option.

El departamento de Angelo es ideal si alquilaste un auto, sobretodo los que no conocemos donde estacionar. Sicilia es muy complicado para estacionar. Angelo cuenta con cocheras. El lugar es muy tranquilo, hay muy buenos restaurantes cerca, la playa también lo está. La pileta está impecable. La comunicación con Angelo fue perfecta, siempre atento a los mensajes . Volvería !

L'appartamento, dotato di tutto il necessario, funzionale e pulito, è in una posizione ottima, appena fuori dal caos del borgo, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio dedicato della struttura è un plus importante, considerando che, ad agosto inoltrato, è difficile trovare posto in paese, se non a pagamento. Consigliatissimo.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Appartement. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben kostenlos Trinkwasser in kleinen Fläschchen bekommen - perfekt für den Tag in Siracusa. Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön, dass ihr uns mit eurem Auto einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus reserviert habt, das war wunderbar!

Insieme alla mia famiglia e al mio cagnolino abbiamo alloggiato per un weekend presso la villa di Giovanna e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La villa bellissima con interni moderni e dotati di tutti i comfort, con all'esterno una bella piscina accessoriata di lettini e ombrelloni ed un patio ideale per serate di puro relax. Il mare dista poche centinaia di metri, da raggiungere a piedi attraverso una stradina, con una bella spiaggia pulita e poco affollata, ideale per trascorrere vacanze in piena serenità. Inoltre la struttura ha a disposizione attrezzature sportive e anche delle biciclette che ci hanno permesso di fare delle piacevoli passeggiate fino al centro di scoglitti, costeggiando il lungomare. Un encomio anche agli host Giovanna e suo marito Antonio, sono davvero eccezionali, molto premurosi, orientati al servizio e alla cura dei dettagli in maniera scrupolosa. Consiglio la struttura e in futuro ritorneremo, perchè è stata un'esperienza molto positiva.

Essere ospiti qui per due settimane è stato come sentirsi a casa. Giovanna e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi è molto ospitali.l’appartamento è molto funzionale e carino. Tenuto splendidamente. Pulizia impeccabile. C’è di bello qui che c’è a disposizione degli ospiti una piscina (che purtroppo per il maltempo non si è potuta usare causa al maltempo di questi giorni). L’appartamento è a due passi dal mare, cosa che non dispiace se si vuole passare un po’ di tempo in relax in spiaggia. Soggiorno super approvato e consigliato! Ringrazio ancora Giovanna e suo marito per l’ospitalità.

Nous sommes ravis de ces trois jours passés Syracuse chez Fabio. Le logement est extrêmement bien placé juste à côté d’Ortigia. nous avons facilement trouvé à nous garer. Le logement est bien équipé et très calme. Fabio toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, Je recommande.

This is the most wonderful place to stay. By far one of the best little houses I have ever stayed in. Paolo is the best host. He is responsive, caring and nothing was ever too much trouble. If you need a place to stay in Palazzolo, this is the one! Thank-you for your beautiful house and hospitality.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einem klassischen Touristenort nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Im kleinen Ort gibt es alles was man braucht, auch mehrere gute Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit hilfreich wenn man etwas braucht und gibt Tipps zur Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön hergerichtet. Mit dem künstlichen Rasen hatte man immer einen grünen Rasen. Das aufgebaute nicht beheizte Pool war ok und sauber, aber ist sicherlich eher mehr für Kinder geeignet. Eine der Wohnung ist leider im UG des Hauses untergebracht und man hat dadurch nicht so viel Tageslicht. Die Wohnung ist aber voll ausgestattet. In der UG-Wohnung kann es aber vorkommen, in der Nacht ggf. den Wasserlauf tropfen zu hören, was aber normal war. Es war jedoch kein Problem beim Schlafen. Die Fenster im Haus besitzen keine Insektengitter, was für die Jahreszeit für uns aber auch kein Problem war. Klimaanlagen sind im ganzen Haus vorhanden. Für den Strom bezahlt man zu Beginn eine Kaution und rechnet dann am Ende gemeinsam ab, was auch üblich ist. An der Straßenecke ist leider der Müllsammelplatz, wofür die Gastgeber nichts können. Es war zwar nicht besonders ansehlich - aber auch nicht so schlimm, wie sonst auf Siziliens Straßen. Es hat uns nicht gestört. Wir hatten keine Probleme damit (keinen Geruch o.ä.). Alles in Allem eine gute Unterkunft. Eine tolle Lage und tolle Gastgeber. Hierher kommt man gerne wieder!

Appena arrivati, ci aspettava un cesto di frutta fresca e le classiche scacce ragusane: piccolo gesto, ma ci ha fatto sentire subito in vacanza. La casa è spaziosa, con tre camere (le bimbe hanno adorato la loro), due bagni comodi – uno con vasca perfetta per i piccoli, l’altro con doccia ampia. Tutto pulito, lenzuola profumate, asciugamani, shampoo e anche acqua fresca e l’essenziale in frigo per evitare la corsa al supermercato. Il giardino è il cuore della casa: tavolo sotto un limone, tanto verde e una cucina esterna con barbecue super comodo. Serate indimenticabili tra profumo di agrumi e carne alla griglia. Wi-Fi stabile, Netflix per le bimbe, e una spiaggia tranquilla a due passi. Dall’altra parte, un boschetto con area picnic. Posizione perfetta per visitare le meraviglie del Val di Noto. Luca è un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile. Parcheggio interno per due auto comodo. Casa Talja è accoglienza e profumo di Sicilia. Ci torneremmo presto! 🌞

Wir hatten trotz unserer verspäteten Ankunft einen herzlichen Empfang durch Alex. Er hat uns das Haus gut erklärt und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die Sauberkeit, Geräumigkeit und das schöne Interieur. Es war auch für Selbstversorger genug Geschirr da, alles funktionierte tadellos. Vielen Dank auch für Wasser, Öl, Schokolade, Nudeln etc und die gute Flasche Liquör, die uns das Ankommen sehr erleichterten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft und den Vermieter sehr empfehlen.

This is definitely one of our favorite Airbnb experiences. Caterina and Giuseppe are really great hosts, nice and kind, and provided everything we need. The house is truly perfect in every way, full of history and very comfortable, cozy. Great place for family or small group. It located in a quiet place with amazing views outside all around. Easy access to beautiful town, and a lot of fancy restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful week here, and definitely will come back again when we visit Sicily again.

Loved this space. The hosts were amazingly helpful and kind especially when our plane was delayed getting across to Sicily. They left thoughtful food in the house so we didn’t need to shop as soon as we arrived and the house was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would love to stay again some time and would definitely recommend.
