If we could give more stars, we would! this was the most beautiful apartment and location, fairy tale surroundings and gorgeous gardens everywhere, church bells and a castle to explore. Walking distance to the metro. 4 amazing restaurants, bakery and gelato within mere steps from our door and a grocery store across the street. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furniahed and decorated, comfortable and self entry key access was easy. Frederika was extremely responsive, helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area!!

Michael was a wonderful host, and the apartment was everything we hoped for. Regarding the apartment, the location was fantastic with glorious balcony views of the Colosseum, Forum, and more. Walking distance to many great places to eat, get gelato, and explore several tourist sites, and a convenient launching point for farther excursions. The apartment was clean and in good condition. As a host, Michael can’t be beat. He reached out as soon as we booked and provided local recommendations, several of which we later tried out with great results. He was communicative prior to our stay, and once we arrived he met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked and answer any questions. Michael was quick to answer any questions we sent his way during our stay, and even provided several additional recommendations when we mentioned how much we like gelato! All in all, we had a great trip to Rome, and Michael was a big reason we enjoyed it so much!

Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat and had everything we needed. The flat was clean, comfortable and cosy. . There was an issue with the internet connection but since we were outside most of the day, it wasn't that important this time. Definitely the right decision for a couple. We will be glad to come back. Thanks!

This place was a gem. To be this close to the Coloseum makes one feel like a true Roman. 24hr grocery a few feet away, tons of great food just a walk away into the Monti neighborhood, close to a metro, pharmacy at end of street, and AMAZING Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. You will not melt. One floor up with a lift for luggage. Plus Massimo is communicative, kind, and checked in on us. If you want location as your primary quality, look no more!

Such a wonderful stay! Easy to find great local spots given the location is in a lively area. Hope to stay here again next time we visit!

The apartment is lovely, bigger than we thought from the photos. It overlooks a big courtyard/garden and is amazingly quiet considering the location -- so close to the Trevi Fountain and all the surrounding tourist activity (we were there in June.) It was a real oasis when we returned from all the activities of our stay. We really enjoyed it!

Stayed here for the month of May. Great location - very close to metro and bus. But only about a 25 minute walk to tourist areas. Alessandra is a very responsive host- she allowed me to check in a few hours earlier which was great. The apartment was very clean and was just as it appears in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

Paola is an excellent host (5 star ⭐ plus). The apartment is the best Air B&B, I have ever stayed at. It’s immaculately clean, has all the amenities required, great transport links including shopping. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone going to visit Rome. It’s also conveniently located to the Vatican City and Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.

We had a wonderful stay at Aldo’s place! The house is beautiful—especially in the evening when the terrace lights up, creating the perfect spot to relax. Aldo was the best host I’ve ever had. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He shared great local tips and immediately came by to check on the air conditioning when we mentioned it wasn’t cooling fast—such thoughtful and prompt attention! To top it off, Aldo generously offered to drop us at the train station when we were leaving. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed – we felt right at home straight away. The host was so lovely and welcoming, and even surprised us with a bunch of snacks and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travelling. The location was good – really close to bus stations so it was super easy to get around and see all the main sights in Rome. Plus, there were some great local restaurants nearby that we really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay!

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

Beautiful place! Super cozy and clean apartment! Anna welcomed us with a welcome basket with some products from the farm. Always clean pool, well-kept lawn. We ate eggs from his hens and zucchini from his garden. 5 minutes away, a well-stocked coop for any need. We woke up to the sound of birds... a truly relaxing and regenerating weekend. We will definitely be back!!!

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
