Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Santa Rosa Island

My husband and I stayed for our two year anniversary. We loved the condo. The location and view were great! The only complaint that we do have is I feel you could’ve been a little more accommodating. We got into town a little earlier than expected asked if we could check in early…we were told no. Our first day there it was rainy so we asked for a later check out on our second day because it was beautiful and was also told no as well . We definitely would recommend the condo and we would definitely stay there again.

I thought I was settling because the place I wanted got booked. I’m so glad it was booked. There is no way to compare the view on the 22nd floor. The view was amazing. The beach was amazing, beautiful and serene. The beach was not too busy. The pools at this location were closed, but there were many other pools open and they were literally right beside us. This is a yearly trip for us and I’d love to be right back in the same spot next year.

Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

Phenomenal view! Unit was very clean. Plenty of towels, full size toiletries, and even lotion! Bed was comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets. Would 100% book here again. The employees were all polite. Tips for next visitors- 1. Tom Thumb (convenience store) is half mile away. Great walk. You can buy beach towels here (none are supplied). We bought beach blankets- cheaper & we liked them better as souvenirs. 2. Don’t bother packing toiletries- they supply plenty. Use those travel containers for cooking oils, etc., if you plan on cooking there. 3. Beach service is nice; however, it ends at 5 and tear down starts around 3. Maybe this is seasonal, but if you buy those beach blankets from Tom Thumb, it’s no big deal. 4. There’s an awesome Breakfast place that’s walking distance- maybe 1/4 mile. Beautiful views there, as well as some delicious French toast. 5. Do the touristy things. Take a dolphin sightseeing tour. Eat at Floyd’s Shrimp House.

This was a very nice spot for the price paid. It was super convenient—so nice to be able to walk right out on the beach. The balcony was so nice and I loved that they provided chairs and an umbrella. We didn’t use the pool at all so I can’t speak to that. My only suggestion would be to possibly add complimentary coffee or at least put on the post what kind of coffee maker they have. We’re coffee people and figured it was a drip machine so we grabbed a bag of coffee on the way in. When we arrived we discovered it was a keurig, so we had to go back to the store to grab pods. I might have just overlooked it in the listing but it would have been nice to have that info ahead of time. Honestly, not a complaint and I still gave 5 stars, but I just wanted to throw that out there as a suggestion. I will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Double Down! The space was large and perfect for a huge family gathering. The kitchens were well-stocked and also had many beach items including towels and toys. The porches were extremely comfortable and welcoming to use as an extended gathering space. Outdoor furniture was conducive to welcoming a large group. Clarissa was very responsive and helpful. Any issue we had was resolved quickly and efficiently. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and shopping. We will be booking again!

Great spot for our baseball tournament at Preston Hood Fields, especially with kids and a dog. Great kitchen fully stocked and nice fenced in backyard!

the location is so convenient and the house is comfy even is u don’t wanna to get out and about there’s plenty to do there communication is top tier !!

The home was great for the two of us, very clean with great appliances. The backyard was nice, the bathrooms were excellent,showers were so nice! I must say the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on of any trips I have taken,Very impressive! No backache in morning, thank you!

Lovely stay at the Beach House. Everything as it should be and was just like the pics. The outdoor shower and ample porch space were an added bonus! Kim and Andy were wonderful hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as described, and there was plenty of room for our whole family of 8. Lots of things for the kids to do. Within walking distance of the beach. Annastacia was nice enough to show us around the house and amenities when we first got there and had a huge stock of beach gear that we could use. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This Christmas was our second visit here. The first time was for Mother’s Day weekend. Both times were wonderful, but Pirates Cove was even better as it had an en suite bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The decor was very relaxing. I wish we could’ve stayed for a few days more but had to return to Orlando for a wedding on Saturday. Teresa and Shane are super hosts and I highly recommend staying here.

The house was very nice and clean! It’s huge and well furnished. The kitchen comes equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, really anything you would need to make meals there! There are several beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which we did not see in the listing. It was nice to have the golf cart to pack everything to the beach. The cart did get a flat tire since there is construction in the neighborhood and they came right out when we called. The construction is not around this house so no issue with noise. We had a really nice vacation. We’ve never stayed any place with our own pool because we tend to stay at the beach, but it was really nice to be able to come back in the afternoon and enjoy it. We would recommend this place for sure!

Overall great impression and nice setup! It was only weird that check in can be only made after 4pm, but the front desk is already closed by then. We had to call the front desk number and wait for 25min before someone showed up.

I absolutely loved my stay. The place was even better than the pictures. Beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were fantastic and made the stay feel extra special. We also loved how perfectly located it was, just minutes from all the spots we wanted to visit, including the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Overall was a nice stay and a great unit. The manager is very responsive with any needs. One thing I loved that wasn’t included in the listing was a beach wagon with chairs, toys, umbrella, towels, and toddler life jacket. Was definitely a nice bonus! The only con I had was the master bed. You can tell it’s old or been used for a while with two obvious indentations where people sleep with a higher lump in the middle. Overall, would stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious condo just minutes from he beach! Within walking distance to local cafes and restaurants. Absolutely recommend this space!

This property was as described. It was clean and the check in was easy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and my family loved the view. It is walk to get to the beach but I was able to do it with 2 bad knees, it’s not a long walk at all. There were a few small scratches/scrapes on the furniture in the living room but it still was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful weekend at this Airbnb! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to attractions. Our kids loved the pool area, and the host was incredibly responsive. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!
