It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home (THERE ARE STAIRS LEADING TO SUITE). It is not the entire house. THERE IS A SHARED FRONT ENTRANCE SEPERATED FROM MAIN LIVING AREA BY A PRIVACY SCREEN PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PICTURES FOR VISUAL. The suite has a king bed, bathroom and sitting area with a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

The high ceilings make the loft feel spacious, and the large windows fill the space with natural light. ***We do make a special request that guests walk softly after 10:00pm (we sleep below 😴). ***

The studio has been recently updated and has a beautiful kitchen with new granite countertop, new appliances, modern walk in shower and new tiles. There is a King bed and leather sofa to relax and watch Youtube TV channels, Free WiFi provided. I hope you love it as much as we do!!!
