Holiday rentals with breakfast in Santa Rosa Island

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Plenty of space and great amenities! Will consider staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was perfect for 4 sets of parents and our 8 teenage girls. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location, it took just a few minutes to walk to the beach and restaurants and coffee shops were easy to walk or bike to. Beach Escapes was easy to communicate with and so helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We had a great week at Our Sunshine. The house accommodated all 5 of us and our 4-legged members well. It was a short walk to the beach. There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and a beach wagon to haul your stuff. The sparkling pool was also a plus. The area had much to do and also some great restaurants. The pizza at Gulf place was amazing (Pizza by the sea) and just a 5 minute walk away. We had a bonfire one night on the beach and watched the sunset, roasted marshmallows and had a clear night for stargazing. We spend a week on 30A every summer and I definitely see us checking Robbie’s house for reservations again. Robbie also is very responsive to any questions or concerns during the stay.

Came to Destin for a Bachelorette with 7 girls and this place was perfect!! We loved that there were two kitchens and living rooms, we have enough space without feeling on top of each other but it wasn’t too big to where it felt like we were too spread out. The beach was a block away, which was super convenient. Good location - far enough but Ubers were about a 15 min ride to where we wanted to go. We did have an issue with the door knob breaking and shower not draining, but once I messaged she had someone at the house the next morning and the issue was fixed. Would totally stay again!!

First of all, Scott was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. Loved that! The house was great too. It’s in the cutest little neighborhood so it gave us the ability to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but we were still within walking distance to the beach and some shops. We loved the house as it was clean and comfortably slept my family of ten. I would definitely recommend or even stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Van place. Very close to the fishing pier and beach that was our main focus for our fishing trip. The home was cleaned and spacious. Private and peaceful after long day of fishing 😃💪.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay in Santa Rosa Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-designed this home was. Every detail felt intentional—stylish décor, top-notch amenities, and incredibly comfortable beds. The home was spotless and felt brand new. Absolutely stunning! The layout was spacious and perfect for our group, and the large yard was amazing—tons of room for the kids to play and enjoy the outdoors safely, while we enjoyed the scenic surroundings. The location couldn’t have been better—located right at 30A, just minutes to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. Our host was truly fantastic—thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. You can tell real care (and investment!) went into making this a warm, welcoming, and high-end retreat. One of our favorite Airbnb stays to date—we’ll definitely be back soon!

It was overall great! Perfect spot for our big family of 9 adults 3 babies! Justin was great to work with!!

My wife and I were in Pensacola for a few days to hang with friends and spend time at the beach before heading to Alabama to visit family. Tammie’s place was inviting, very clean and neat, and so convenient to dining and the beaches. We would stay here again without a second thought. Very cute well outfitted for a couple wanting some private time!

My husband and our 8 month old stayed for a long weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. We felt comfortable enough to allow our son to crawl around a bit in the kitchen and bedroom. (supervised, of course!) The bed was comfy and the shower was clean. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped! Great downtown location! I also really appreciated the access to the washer and dryer upstairs. We did not realize the sliding bedroom doors could not be closed until we booked the place. The place was spacious enough, though, that our son had no trouble sleeping while we hung out on the other side of the home. This house does has very thin walls so we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly in some parts of the space, but luckily they weren't too loud. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we hope to go back again soon!

the hosts were friendly and responsive. the place was clean and it was convenient that we were able to use the kitchen. the only drawback was that the bed was smaller than we were expecting, it was full size and not queen. regardless we had a great stay and we would recommend this airbnb to other guests :)

The space was absolutely gorgeous! I loved that Tammie preserved the historical beauty of the building with a pop of modern in the bathroom!

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip! The condo is beautiful and in the perfect location. There is plenty of space and the view of Crab Island is awesome. Would love to stay here again!
