Loved staying here! Would definitely recommend and definitely would come back. Very clean and peaceful! The bed is SO cozy and comfortable. The little extras she adds makes such a huge difference. Like, a gallon of water, coffee is provided, bag of ice in the freezer and thank goodness she provided sugar bc I forgot mine! Lol oh and there is a cat, she was such a sweetheart! Thank you Anabelle! We had a great time!

We have stayed here twice. We love the location, the house and accommodations. It’s very peaceful on the bay with a great pool. Kenny is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Corey’s place worked great for our family traveling through. It’s a great value for how close it is to Pensacola Beach and having 3 beds, good kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. The neighborhood wasn’t very attractive and felt a bit crowded with houses so close, but there was plenty of parking space, we felt safe and it was quiet. The house was was nice and clean inside.

Excellent - wonderful location. The outdoor furniture was a little 'tired' but apart from that it was wonderful.

We were very pleased with Morgan’s place! She was responsive throughout and everything was as expected. Loved having two king beds with comfy bedding and a quiet little neighborhood! Super easy access to area beaches and activities! Beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice bonus. 🩵💚💙

We absolutely loved our stay at Unit C in Pensacola! This cute little place had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of charm and attention to detail. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet spot in Pensacola!

my wife and i visit pensacola a couple of times per year and i really like how centrally located it is for what we like to do. we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great time and were shocked at how many amenities were offered at this Airbnb including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish and clothes detergent, hand soaps. They had a whole beach closet with chairs, an umbrella, toys, and wagon. The kitchen was updated and was so beautifully organized and well appointed. Our family had the best beach vacation!

Masiero was responsive and direct in instructions. It is a lovely neat place to recoup, relax, and enjoy. You will be within walking distance to a ton of amazing views, music, and great food. If you crave fun, you are within a short distance of Watersports activities!!! Awesome service for a great place! Thank you Masiero for your hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at Terri’s cottage. We were in town for our summer vacation. The cottage was perfect for the two of us. It was an easy drive to the beach and far enough away to enjoy the quiet to be able to relax. Terri made some great recommendations for restaurants while we were in town and was very responsive to my questions.

This place was great! Close to the beach, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet. They also had beach stuff available for us like chairs, cooler, towels, buckets and shovels, etc. Overall, an amazing experience!

Great place to stay and a close walk to the beach. Lauren was always responsive in a timely manner. The only thing I thought could be different is providing two rolls of toilet paper instead of one.

How to gain room access, entrance to pool & water were provided in a detailed email. Host was always responsive and usually within the hr (or less). Room was exceptionally clean, as were all kitchen dishes, cups, silverware, and they even supplied a sealed box containing kitchen use supplies (sponges, etc). Bathroom was spotless as well as shampoo, conditioner and wash provided. Amenities such as TV were easy to use, HVAC controls were simple and temperature was easy to manage. The views were wonderful, and the deck was set up nicely with chairs and table. Room and amenity expectations were met and exceeded. Thank you

This was a last-minute, unplanned trip to be with family after my uncle made the difficult decision to stop chemotherapy. I’m so grateful for how accommodating and responsive the host was during such an emotional time. The location was excellent—convenient, peaceful, and just what we needed. The host went above and beyond to make the booking process smooth, even on short notice. I truly appreciate the kindness and flexibility, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. An amazing stay with an amazing host. We’ve stayed in several of Christina’s properties along the gulf coast and each one is its own experience. Her taste for décor is unmatched and she utilizes her spaces perfectly to accent the natural scenery.

The entire stay went smoothly and they were incredibly thoughtful as well as responsive. It was a tad pricy for taste but I wouldn’t change it. There were a few dirty pans but with a light scrub they were fine.

Great condo! Beautiful views and the location/convenience can’t be beat. We have come to Pelican Beach Resort for a few years & will continue to in the future.

We had an AMAZING stay at Nick and Chelsea’s. The space was so welcoming and cozy! The bed and linens were very comfortable. Each room has balcony access which made it perfect for a late night without waking anyone else in the home. The photos were definitely on point! Prior to booking and during the stay, they were very responsive. My family also took advantage of the great recommendations as well. We are already looking forward to our next family vacation and stay with this host!!

We loved staying here! The place is very clean and had everything we needed. She even had a crockpot and instant pot! Something to note when buying groceries cause I would have planned around that had I known! The view of the beach was amazing. There was even a hand pump for the floaties we got for the kids to use at the pool so that made it easy on us! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was stunning! Clean inside and out! Hali was an excellent host, she was excellent at communication. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
